This beautiful 2000 square foot home, built in 2018, has everything you need to enjoy a peaceful family vacation, friends, golf outings or A girls weekend out. Immerse yourself in “Lake Life” with light and airy decor. This house has an open concept with nice size living room, Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, laundry room and two full bathrooms with sanitized linens.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACE
Grab your cup of coffee and sit under the covered patio out front and listen to nature as it brings up the sun. The back covered patio is great for friendly evening gatherings while others soak in the private hot tub. The hot tub is a seasonal amenity.

4th of July Family Fun

We had an amazing stay here in this rental home. Our family rages from age 1 to 47, we were comfortable and had something for everyone. The hot tub, the fireplace, the outdoor seating to chill out or play games and indoor seating was excellent. This place is close to restaurants, the beach, shopping and casino. Was so nice being a few miles away from the tourist crowds. Everything from being fully stocked with towels, kitchen items, beach wagon and chairs was just awesome. We thank you for the family memories we here!! Definitely would rent this place again. Cheers to more memories for another family. From, The Melvin Crew

Beach Daze Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a great time at Beach Daze. There was plenty of space for 10 but the bedrooms were much smaller than in pictures. The floors of the home could have been cleaner. I cleaned them a couple times during our stay. The biggest downside was the beach is much more than a 5 minute walk— more like 15 minutes. But overall, we enjoyed the home and would recommend to others who want to stay in the area.

Amazing stay.

We loved everything about the property and the management. We will be staying again. We had a question and the management team was over right away. The hot tub was amazing, along with all the games in the house. Beautiful and clean.

Indiana Dunes Weekend Get-a-Way

The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with nicer dinnerware, flatware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Plenty of towels provided. The hot tub was clean and worked very well, very comfortable for four adults. Comfortable beds. Big open floor plan with the living area, kitchen, and dining table.

The layout of the house lends itself nicely to gathering during the day, while allowing for privacy during sleep. We enjoyed the hot tub and the firepit. The only inconveniences we experienced was that the propane tanks for the grill were empty when we arrived and there weren't enough paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) for our party, however, the property responded to these requests within a day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a wonderful experience from booking through staying and checking out. Beachwalk made it very easy and I was impressed that the pictures were a true reflection of the property and all listed amenities were actually there. There's nothing worse than getting to a rental and finding out that the included pots and pans don't actually exist. This place had it all and then some. It was perfect for our family, 2 adults and 6 children. The backyard was lovely as well. It's off property but in a quiet neighborhood. This is a perfect choice for a quiet family vacation where you plan to see the sights more than hang out and enjoy the resort amenities. A quick drive to Washington Park/Beach, the Zoo, splash pad, lighthouse and museum, great dining options too.

Dirty hottub

Rented this property offsite ONLY for the hottub. It was filthy and smelled. The owner kept promising “someone”one would come out to clean it everyday; however. No one ever came. Not even an apology from the owner- still waiting for a credit. She is “thinking” about it. Beware.

Everything Ready - Just Enjoy!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was all set up for us to stay and not have to worry about anything except food. The kitchen is well stocked with oils/spices already, coffee pot + Keurig. There is a beach wagon all packed with umbrella, chairs, and beach towels available. Easy walk to Beachwalk and Lake Michigan beach. Easy parking off road. Large backyard with grill, fire pit, room to run around. Very clean and new, well-maintained. I do wish we had access to Beachwalk Community pool through this rental, but we spent time at the beach instead.

Yard people came and worked in the bsck yard for most of the day Wednesday and we had to keep tge kids inside. If I'm paying the price I'm pay i expect to have enough tolit paper for the week and not have to go buy sone. Plus the beds are horrible.

Fantastic place

We had a great time and loved staying at the Brach Daze! The home was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need, the hot tub was wonderful and the fire pit was also fantastic! The hosts were very responsive when we had a problem with the smoke detector and the location was perfect! We were a quick 20 minute drive to the state and national park and 5 short minutes into town and the beach! Perfect and we absolutely loved it!

Great for a weekend away!

We had a friends getaway weekend and this was the perfect house! 9 of us stayed there comfortably. Great location, walking distance to the beach. Plenty of parking and great amenities. The hot tub was fabulous!! We would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

Beds were of mixed comfort for everyone's taste but everyone slept comfortably. The hot tub was well maintained and enjoyed. Directions for use would have been helpful. The grill was easy to use. We thought there would have been wood for us to use the firepit, but there wasn't. It wasn't a big deal for us but something to ask about in the future. The kitchen is spacious. Amble seating as well. We played cards most of the day and we had hoped the dining set could have been more comfortable for us. It did not take away from our overall enjoyment. We would stay again.

Great Spacious Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being completely new to a house rental, I was excited and nervous so I decided to rent through the Marriott Home Rental Website. Came to find out, Beachwalk Vacation Rentals were fantastic, a hassle free service. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Everything from quick response time, signing of contracts and instructions was all smooth and easy. They are there to accommodate and make the process as easy as possible. I would specially like to thank Ms Mickey, she was of great help. The house is relatively new (one level) was immaculate. Not much of a backyard but the covered back deck, hot tub and fire pit made-up for it. The house was stocked with everything and more than we needed. Very spacious, very cleaned, everything was in working oder and beautifully decorated. If I were to be in the area again, I will most definitely rented again. Two things I would suggest, adding a gate to the back fence for easy access to the 7 minute walk to the lake and clarifying the security process with the Marriott consultant so that the security deposit doesn’t get charged twice. Thank you so much to Beachwalk vacation homes for all of your assistance and answering all of my questions! I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Girls Trip

Overall, the stay was great! Property was clean and just as described. We liked that the kitchen was fully stocked. Hot tub was amazing and ready for us. We really loved the layout of the house…. one big common area! We wish the beds in the second and third bedrooms were a bit more comfortable though, they seem to be very cheap. The bunk beds seemed unstable too. Also, no biggie, but do not expect replies during your stay. I messaged via the app and never received a response. We would stay again :)
