Beautiful Waterfront 3bed/3.5 bath home on the shores of Grand Lake!! Plenty of room to accommodate family & friends! Tons of activities whether it is swimming off the dock, boating, fishing, kayaking or just sitting on the deck watching the beautiful sunsets. Great vacation spot for all ages!! The home has one bedroom with a king bed located on the main floor. Large kitchen and living room for entertaining. You can also dine in the screened-in porch or out on the deck. Downstairs features 2 bedrooms each with an en suite and queen beds along with and a second living room with bunk beds. The basement allows easy access to the dock. Plenty of games for the kids and a large backyard to play in. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, and cookware. You can enjoy cooking outside on the grill or you can eat out we are close to dining by water or land. We have kayaks and fishing poles for your enjoyment!!

Great Multi Family Trip!

We had a week of relaxation with our kids at the lake, with a great place to stay! The house and dock area were perfect for us. We enjoyed the water and wildlife each day. The house is well appointed, very clean, and comfortable. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and afternoons flew by on the dock watching the world float by!

Beautiful place!!!

We had the best time! Kids loved swimming and fishing off the dock. The location on the lake was perfect for tubing or skiing. House was beautiful and roomy. Would definitely stay there again!

Restful and Fun Vacation

Very comfortable home on a peaceful and quiet cove. We had a great time with our kids, grandkids, and other family and friends. The house is very well laid out for our needs and well stocked for our 2-week stay.

Beautiful home on the lake

The property was exactly as described. The location on the water was important for us to allow us to come and go boating with ease. The house felt like home. The entire family enjoyed relaxing here!

Perfect Stay

This lake house is incredibly well maintained, clean, and well outfitted. The location on the lake is peaceful and beautiful. The screened in deck is large and comfortable. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, along with a half bath near the kitchen. The bunk beds in the lower level living room are perfect for kids. Our family had a great time! Would definitely book again!

Magnificent Grand Lake Home

Our family is so grateful to this Grove host for opening their home to VRBO guests. This retreat is perfect: attractive decor, spacious with multiple rooms, very clean, well-stocked kitchen, cool (it was hot weather), secluded and quiet, kids toys, and awesome SW view of the lake. It most definitely felt like a family home and not rental property. This was exactly what our group of four adults and one small child needed to escape city life.

Last summer trip

Relaxing, long weekend before school started. Fishing, kayaking, family games and meals were all on the agenda. Wonderful house and setup for our family. Great porch to watch the storms move in. Main TV did not work, due to heat and storms might have watched some TV. Wish the porch door to the driveway would have locked.

Father’s Day Get Away

Nice property with great views. Enjoyed patio, yard and swim dock. Boathouse in pictures was gone. Fortunately we brought our own poles. We had to carry kayaks from house, down stairs and out to the dock and then back up each evening. It was hard. Had to take all the trash from home and put it in our vehicle when we left per home owner instructions. Very unexpected. Home was clean, well maintained and very well equipped.

Stunning Location

The house is gorgeous with a stunning view of lake from every window facing lake. My family thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving 2022 at this beautiful home. We loved everything about this place, especially our grandkids. Perfect relaxation.

Wonderful Lake House

This lake house was a great place for our family to stay. The 6 adults and 1 child in our group found the accommodations comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could need to make meals. The house is well maintained and was in excellent condition. Access to the lake was easy and made for carefree days. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Family Weekend

This property was perfect for our family of 3 adult sons plus friends. My husband and I were able to take the upstairs, and the boys enjoyed the downstairs with two bedrooms/bathrooms a living space and additional beds. Great set up.

Courthouse Paradise Rental was Perfect for our Family

We surely enjoyed our week at the Courthouse Hollow rental. We found the house very clean and well appointed for all of our family's purposes....whether it was water sports, family dinners, enjoying morning coffee with a Great Lake view or family gatherings on the screened-porch. We recommend this house to any family that need a convenient location on the water.

Just Wow!

This is a beautiflly appointed home right on the water with space to dock your boat. We felt like the owners welcomed us to enjoy their home as if we were valued guests. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and then some. The jetted tub was very relaxing. The three bedrooms are amazing with private full baths. The lake is clean and we enjoyed swimming right off the swim dock attached to the boat house. Morning yoga on the lake facing deck was wonderful! The screen porch is big and has lots of seating. As there were virtually no bugs we chose to enjoy the deck mostly. And don't forget to sit on the swing awhile and listen to the sound of nature. Fed the birds with the provisions. Thank you for a wondetful place to stay for our anniversary trip!

Absolutely perfect

We had the best week with our family here! The location was perfect! We felt very secluded but also everything in town was close. The house was beautiful and impeccably clean. There were 8 of us, 6 adults & 2 teens and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the top deck watching the water, and our days down on the dock fishing and swimming. We rented a boat one day. Kathy was so wonderful at answering my questions before & during our stay. We cannot imagine there is a better place to stay on Grand lake & we hope to be back someday!
