With its two popular hiking trails, Echo Canyon and Cholla, and scenic drive to the summit, it appeals to outdoor enthusiasts and thrill-seekers alike. Camelback Mountain also boasts a rich history and cultural significance, making it an essential destination for travelers and locals.

NECESSARY RULES AND REGULATIONS

Because we care about the guest experience, we must ensure that each home is treated with respect for the following guest. Please make sure that you meet the following criteria and agree to the following rules before you book this home:

-You must be 33 years of age to book this home
-A signed rental agreement is required to book this home
-NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed
-Occupancy is limited to 12 people, exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day and eviction.
-No loud noise after 9pm. Violation will result in removal without refund.
-A valid credit card is required for all incidentals
-Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid
-Reservations are non-refundable

After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC (as we do not charge a security deposit). You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.

The view was beautiful, the house huge and amazing, and the location was the best! Everything was just wonderful: kitchen, pool, deck, bedrooms, and a great workout room!

Amazing views and an amazing house

The pictures and description of this house do not do it justice. I was blown away upon arriving at the property and greeted by our host from the management company. The check in process was the best and most accommodating I have ever enjoyed. The views on this side of the mountain are awesome. I thought it would not be as good as the south side of the mountain, but I was wrong. The value of this rental exceeds anything I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The house is much bigger than expected. I would love to stay here again. The only thing that was not perfect at the house is the ability to raise and lower the shades (remote control) and the management of the heated hot tub. These were minor inconveniences that were eventually figured out. This could pose a problem for future renters, so please make sure to confirm the operations of these items during your initial walk thru.

Very Lovely Property

The property is a very nice. Very clean, a fantastic view of the city and mountains in the distance. The only problem we encountered is there is construction noise going on Mon - Sat beginning at 7 am. We were not told of this situation before we booked the property. It looks like construction will be happening for a while. Otherwise the property is wonderful!

We decided tower our college kids in Arizona for Thanksgiving-and we found this gorgeous property in Paradise Valley. The property was so nice we barely needed to leave. Excellent location, close to everything
