Renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath condo in Plantations East,

Fully renovated with all new furniture in 2021 for a casual coastal vibe. This unit is in a quiet Lewes condo development, Plantation East, about one mile from Rt 1 with access to all Rehoboth Beach attractions. All amenities are included. There is a pool membership at the "sister" property across the road.

We prefer a 7 night minimum but will consider a minimum 4 night if the slot is open.. For this, please contact me directly at jasbrob@aol.com.

Relaxing Retreat

We stayed at the condo this July. The condo is absolutely spotless, relaxing and so comfortable. They provide you with linens, paper products and all the comforts of your kitchen at home. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay and will continue to come back!

Beautiful beach home!

This home deserves more than five stars! The house is incredibly clean and so comfortable. All the comforts of home were available and we had everything we needed. The pool was lovely as well! The hosts were truly incredible and great with any communication! We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful place

The condo was absolutely beautiful! Everything was clean, the extras that were included (shampoo, body wash, coffee, spices) was super helpful and very nice to have provided. Air unit went out while we were there, when I contacted James about it he got it fixed as soon as he could. Great communication and super easy check in. Overall we all loved it and had an amazing stay!

Outstanding week

The property is perfectly located and inside is decorated beautifully! All the amenities of home. Very clean throughout, great sized rooms, and contact with owners was easy and they are very responsive. Would certainly stay here again! Thanks Jim and Dean!

Beautiful remodel

Owners were wonderful with communication, and the condo was immaculate. It's an absolutely wonderful space with more than enough room for everyone. Perfect location to allow access to Lewes, Rehoboth, and Sports at the Beach. Can't say enough positive things!

Very spacious well-updated property

Jim’s condo had plenty of ample space for our group of 5 (two adults, 3 kids). Everything is new and very clean, the beds were comfortable. Jim is a good host who checked in with us every few days. The neighborhood is very quiet and located away from the Costal Highway traffic but close enough to get everywhere you want to go without too much time in the car. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others!

Great place!

We had a great time! The condo was much nicer than the pictures. We used the pool a few times and it was lovely. The location was super close to the beach. I wouldn’t suggest bringing toddlers simply because there are steep stairs and no gate at the top. But for families with older kids- it’s great! Our host was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed!

Great time at a quiet Lewes location!

This was a quiet and centrally located property in Lewes but close enough to Rehobeth that we could travel easily between the two. We have been visiting Lewes for many years and prefer to spend our time there but still go into Rehobeth for a few fun activities so this was such a great location for us! I loved how quiet the condo was and it was a great place for evening walks and so easy to travel into Lewes or Rehobeth. We would have liked to have more outdoor space for our towels or for an outdoor grill but that was very minor considering the other pros of the location and space. Great property! Thanks for a wonderful beach week!

Rainy days

Thought I’d enjoy my 70th birthday on the beach as usual. Rain prevented that from happening. But our accommodations were wonderful and our host was great too. I highly recommend this condo. The place was well appointed and had everything you need. The elevator was a great help too as I am physically challenged. Don’t think twice. This spot is excellent!

Best host we have ever worked with.

James is a great host. The condo is located a few blocks from bus transportation to the beaches. The condo was clean and well stocked. James was in contact with us prior to our check in. This gave me a good piece of mind that our condo would be available and not double booked. This was our first trip to Delaware. James gave us a lot of good information on what to see and do in the area. We enjoyed our stay and when we get a chance to go back to Delaware, we will definitely contact James.

Excellent!

We have been renting in the Delaware beaches area for several years, and this property was one of our favorites! First, communication with James is outstanding. James has everything well organized so everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Also, he checked in with us several times during our stay, which was much appreciated. The condo was immaculate. Kudos to the cleaning team…excellent job! The condo is very large, so we had more than enough space for our family of 4. All the beds were super comfy and we slept well after our days at the beach. The living room furniture was also comfortable, a nice spot to relax. Lastly, the condo was VERY well stocked with everything from tissues to towels. It was so nice not having to pack all of those extras. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed!

Lovely beach stay

This property is carefully maintained with a well-stocked kitchen. Unlike many places at the beach we appreciated the towels and sheets that were supplied. Also, basic amenities like soaps, coffee, paper towels and TP were provided. Furniture was comfortable. TV was easy to use. Beds were very comfortable. The host was communicative so everything went smoothly. We had a great time at the beach and enjoyed the home.

This property is even more impressive in person! Neighborhood is peaceful and inviting. The beds are the most comfortable beds ever! BEST Rehoboth Beach Stay that's a Home away from Home!

The home was exactly as described, in addition to being cozy, warm and welcoming in person. There were many wonderful amenities that this listing accurately provides detail on. Jim was a most gracious host with fabulous communication skills. He was on point for every detail of our stay, even going above and beyond for me and my family during our vacation, by checking in with us regularly. When one of my son's came down with a high fever Jim immediately jumped into action on our behalf. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that his recommendation of the Beebe Healthcare Walk-in facility was bar-none. This clinic was literally only 6 mins away and the care was prompt, courteous and efficient. I was so grateful for Jim's assist and the healthcare my son received that this trip will not soon be forgotten. Thank you Jim for your impeccable hosting skills and sharing your marvelous vacation home with my boys and I! We (Jim and Dean) live in Wilmington DE and have enjoyed jaunts to the Lewes - Rehoboth Beach area for many years. We purchased this condo in September 2020 for use as our own getaway home and for short term rentals, so we want it to feel like a home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It's at the rear of the development and we generally hear nothing except the birds. It's a short run over to Lewes Beach and about 5 miles to Rehoboth Beach. There is local bus service into downtown Rehoboth from a nearby covered bus stop, so we can enjoy the beaches, nightlife, dining and boardwalk without the hassle of parking.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our quiet location is well off the Rt.1 business corridor. A large sun porch enclosed by slider doors can be used to create a separate indoor patio environment.
