We loved our stay at Pat’s. The house was spacious, beautiful, comfortable, perfectly clean and fully Ă©quiped. The beds were the most confortables we ever had renting, with quality coton bed linen !The little community is beautiful too, surrounded by gorgeous vegetation, far from the noisy crowds but only 15 minutes away from Lewes, and it’s perfect beaches. We definitely hope to come back !

Family beach trip

My family had a wonderful beach vacation! The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and close to so many different things. Communication was always timely and very helpful! Would definitely stay here again!

Not only is the host easy to reach, but the accommodations were plentiful. Had 7 people staying here and there was more than enough linen and towels to go around. I'm very grateful for the booklet given to us about how to operate appliances and where things are. Overall a very considerate host, incredible location all without breaking the budget.

My family of four had a wonderful week at Pat’s property. The location was perfect - away from the crowds but not too far to drive to the beach, walking trails, shops and restaurants. The house was really clean and lovely. We had a great trip!

Lovely home - very comfortable

Beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood, full of trees - the drive from the main road to this home was stunning, each and every time. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and perfect coverings. The kitchen lacked a few amenities, which I brought to the owner's attention, but nothing that hindered our stay. One of the main reasons we chose this home was the super, comfortable couches in the living room. We never spend the entire day and night, "out-on the-town", so when we have a down day or in the evening, having a comfortable room to relax in is key for us and with the auto recliners on each sofa, it really me this need for us! The owner was extremely responsive and nice to work with. You'll have a wonderful time here.

Perfect Family Spot

We always go to the beach for a girl's long weekend with my mother and daughter. This home was in a very quiet wooded neighborhood. It was close to everything, and it had everything we needed and then some! We hope to go back again next year and make it our new spot!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinem Abstrich

Wir haben als 4 köpfige Familie ein paar Tage in Lewes verbracht. Das Haus ist schön groß und sauber. Alles was man braucht (von Sonnenschirm / Boogie Board fĂŒr den Strand ĂŒber Waschmachinentabs bis hin zu Gesellschaftspielen) war vorhanden. Auch der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse war ein Traum. Wir waren zweimal am Rehoboth Beach, haben eine Dolphin watching Tour gemacht und waren in den nahe gelegenen Outlets shoppen. Alles ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Patricia hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Den einzigen Abstrich, den wir machen mussten, war die GerĂ€uschkulisse. Zum einen gab es einen permanenten hohen Pfeiffton im Garten, nach RĂŒcksprache mit Patrizia kann dieser nicht abgestellt werden. Er gehört zu einer der Elektrischen Anlagen im Haus, ggf gewöhnt man sich dran („white Noise“) zum anderen sind (fast) direkt hinter dem Haus Bauarbeiten von 7 - 7 Uhr (auch am Samstag). Mit geschlossenen Fenstern sind beide GerĂ€usche kaum zu hören. Hier entsteht anscheinend eine neue Wohnanlage.

Quiet beach getaway

A beautiful well kept escape from the busyness of Coastal Highway. Our family of six had plenty of space to lounge, play games and prep for the beach. The neighborhood was a great place for morning walks and a nearby trail was perfect for the runners in our family. Host was quick to respond to questions and helpful during our stay. We will be back!

Amazing property

We were speechless as to how clean and well kept the house was. The owner put thought into the decor. The communication was fantastic. Any questions prior to our arrival were answered quickly. The neighborhood was very quiet, we were off the main path and that’s what we wanted. It was a very reasonable drive into town for our needs. I would recommend this property a million times.

Wonderful home

The house was wonderful. Everything was clean and in its place. The owner was lovely to talk with and very prompt in answering any questions. The beds were comfortable, the living room was very relaxing after a day of fishing or antiquing. The kitchen’s appliances were great with a nice size frig and a large island. We made use of the extra large washer and dryer. The master bedroom's shower is large and very inviting. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back next year!! :)

We enjoy are stay at the property. We had enough space for a family of four. The hot tube was fun. We were able to get to the beach in about 25 minutes.

Great family stay

We had a great stay in Lewes, close enough to a few beaches and activities without being right in the middle of all the people and traffic! It is a beautiful home and has just about anything you could need while visiting. We were out much of the time we visited but during our downtime the space was comfortable, clean, spacious and had great amenities like fast Wi-Fi, multiple tvs with so many options to watch and great deck with a nice hot tub. We would definitely recommend to others and stay again in the future!
