The place is nicely situated within walking distance of the Hollywood walk of stars and all of the theaters there.The room also came with some complimentary snacks, which was a welcome surprise!The host kept us informed about check-in/out procedures, as well as parking.

Room and location were superb, the free parking out front and a dedicated spot were just the cherry on top. Will be staying with Kevin the next time we’re in LA!

Stayed the weekend here and very happy with choosing this place. Host was quick to message to me after I booked room and got me all the details needed. Easy to get into and had I was able to park right out front on the street. Very clean and quiet area. Love the small privacy patio! Had K-cups, soda, water, and snacks which I did take advantage of so appreciate that. My dog and I enjoyed our stay here and will gladly stay here if we visit again!

We stayed immediately after a 16 night cruise before heading home. Kevin, the host, was beyond amazing. There were things that we did not account for after being away from home for so long before staying in his property and he was very accommodating and helpful. Check-in was smooth, communication was always very prompt, and there was even a basket with snacks and water in the room. Even though the property stands out as amazing on its own, we feel that Kevin took it to another level. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay while in the area.

Great place!

We loved our stay. It was super clean and comfortable. We moved our son to an apartment nearby and this location was a short walk to his new place. We will definitely stay here again! Also, check in-check out was super easy.

Amazing stay. We were able to see so much while being in the center of many attractions. The snacks and hospitality made the stay very worthwhile and worth any troubles leading up to the stay.

A Perfect Hollywood Pad!

The condo had everything we needed for a Hollywood stay and was within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see. The communication was excellent and the complimentary snacks were such a nice touch! Highly recommend staying here.

We gave this stay in Hollywood 5 stars. The parking situation was excellent, and the location was perfect—being so central made it easy to go both east and west around the city. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance; our favorites were Liberation Coffee and Pizzeria Mozza at the Melrose & Highland intersection.The place itself was very clean and had plenty of thoughtful touches, including a lovely outdoor patio. While it doesn’t have a full kitchen, the provided snacks along with the mini-fridge and microwave were a great touch and more than enough for us since we ate out most meals (so much great food nearby!).Kevin was a very communicative and welcoming host. The location felt safe and was perfect for the two of us and our pup. Highly recommend!

Perfect little place

This was perfect for two people who aren't spending much time at their place. Like a hotel suite with a nice outdoor area. Location was perfect walking distance to Hollywood attractions. Parking on the street was easy. Bonus bountiful free snack basket.

Great spot in Hollywood

Simplicity makes this place great. It is akin to a hotel room with a private entrance. It includes an ample bathroom, coffee maker and complimentary snacks. Kevin was responsive and helpful.
