- Noise from Gower Street can be heard in the home. Many careful upgrades and renovations have taken place here, however noise still travels throughout this historic location. The age of the building allows noise to travel easily between neighboring units. We do our best to mitigate disturbances and thus ask kindly to notify us immediately of any noise-related disturbances.
- Please be aware that in a large city like Los Angeles, you may encounter transient individuals outdoors.
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.- The washer and dryer at this property are shared.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

The place was super clean, parking and access was a breeze and had plenty of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent) that I didn't have to go and buy extra. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. The home/apt is located across from the offices of Paramount. Trader Joe's and Starbucks are all within walking distance and the home/apt is located in between Sunset and Hollywood Blvds.

I was more than impressed with the Property and communication with the Hosts. Assigned parking right next to the unit was so convenient. It felt very secure with multiple coded doors and gates for entrance. The cleanliness of the unit was excellent and they even accommodated me for a small fee for a late check out as well. I usually would stay at a High end hotel around the corner and I found this so much preferable. There was a Trader Joes walking distance as well for everything I needed to have for the well appointed kitchen. I come every year for an event also walking distance at The Avalon and I do hope that I can arrange to stay there again next year.

Just what we wanted

The unit is exactly as described and was the perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 2 children. We were surprised at how quiet it was. Very clean unit. The patio is a really lovely space for having morning coffee or an afternoon bevvie. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, even better apartment

This property worked very well for us during out stay in Los Angeles. The apartment was very well supplied, we did not need to request a thing during our visit. We were able to rest, relax and enjoy the apartment and the neighborhood while there. Hosts were very responsive when we needed to extend the stay, and could not have been more professional, courteous and timely with their communication to us. We would definitely stay again should we need to be in the area.

Ideal location right in West Hollywood near Hollywood Walk of Fame yet on a quiet residential street. There is very little street noise and we only had minimal disruptions related to noise. No issues with neighbors. Walking distance to groceries (Trader Joes plus upscale market), attractions, transportation and a variety of restaurants and shops, not to mention a giant farmers market in the summer. If driving, very quick drive to major highway and only about 25 minutes to Burbank (depending on traffic). Rooms were spacious and comfortable and well furnished with free laundry room and assigned parking space. Host was friendly and attentive with quick response time. Entire place was clean and great stay. Will definitely stay again when the need to be in LA arises. Thanks for a great stay!!
