All beds are brand new with two large bedrooms and one smaller bedroom. Relax on new outdoor furniture on your own private 450 sq./ft. roof top deck. The kitchen offers gorgeous granite counters and bar with high end kitchen furnishings, gas stove/oven, formal dining that seats 8, and living room with a fireplace, all in an open setting. Includes single car garaged parking which is rare and highly valued in Pacific Beach! Additional double bed sleeper couch is available. Beach towels provided so you don’t have to pack so much. Includes a BBQ grill provided in a small outside patio on the ground floor, TVs in 2 bedrooms and in main living area. This property was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in a great location and we enjoyed walking down to the beach nearby and doing some sight seeing in and around San Diego.

Spring Break

The property worked well for our spring break getaway from the cold. While the mornings were chilly the daytime was absolutely wonderful. We only had one rainy. We loved that we got to walk almost everywhere or take a Lyft. We may try to book next year—hopefully we’ll get to use the rooftop hangout nxt time this time it was all wet. Thank you Wayne your response time was incredible.

Great location and great stay. Close to the beach and easy on the highway to Del Mar racetrack and everything else. Fully equipped kitchen made for easy breakfasts and dinners. Highly recommend.

Great spot near the beach

Property was clean and well-maintained. Beds were reasonably comfortable and it all felt accommodating. Owner was very responsive. We did have an issue with entry pad running out of power and one of the backup entry methods also failed so some of us had to wait until the group with the garage door opener got back, but I can't take off a star for something where the redundancy worked but we had part of our group day-tripping elsewhere. Would gladly stay again.

Nice condo in a 3 unit building with attached garage, rooftop terrace, and only 3 blocks from the beach. Comfortable space for a family to spread out. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

Ideal location and lots of room to have guests. Close to everything you need and short walk to the ocean. Very comfortable from beds to kitchen and living room. Garage was handy and easy access to kitchen to unload the car.

Well kept property. Great location to beach, restaurants, shopping.. All within walking distance. Only negative, was there wasn't enough hand towels and wash clothes for our group. All other amenities were very good. We would stay here again.

Great location and great place. Some of the reviews mentioned the garage being a tight fit but we backed a Pacifica mini van in without a problem. Just had to fold in side mirrors. Property manager was responsive. Perfect stay.

Great location!

Property was very nice. We enjoyed it. Rooftop was excellent. Garage was really tough to get into. Cars were parked across the street so I couldn't do a three point turn. Parked on the street. Rooms were good and mattresses were nice and firm. Stairs to the bedrooms are pretty steep.

We enjoyed stay. The apartment is in a great location. Beds are fine even with a bad back. The door from the kitchen to the garage has been removed, which is not compliant with building code. A large tank of propane is in the garage which without a door is like keeping it in your kitchen. The stairway carpet is shoddy and gross. The apartment is spacious throughout except the third bedroom which has no windows and is little larger than the bed. The apartment is comfortable, but far from luxurious.

It's "long in the tooth", and the absence of air conditioning or sufficient breeze to cool the interior spoiled our stay. There is very little air circulation upstairs, where all three bedrooms are located, so those rooms get warm -- too warm to sleep comfortably in the summer or whenever the weather turns warm. We had to buy box fans to put in the windows of two of the bedrooms to help cool them somewhat, but they stayed uncomfortably warm. The third, middle bedroom stayed hot, as it has no window to the outside and gets absolutely no breeze to cool it down. The garage is attached to the kitchen, and there is no door between the kitchen and the garage; just light-weight curtains. During the day when we were there, we kept the garage door open and the sliding glass door in the living room for air circulation to help make the downstairs more comfortable. But, at bedtime, we closed both for security. In fact, while one of our grown kids was there alone in the day, with the garage door open, she heard a car stop outside in the alley (which the garage opens to), and a guy was looking into the condo, as he could see in from the alley. When she asked, "May I help you?", he hopped back in his car and took off. So, the owner's suggestion to leave the garage open was a non-starter. That's not all. In the bathroom attached to the master bedroom, both the drain to the shower and to the sink were stopped up. We had to buy Drano to clear them. We won't stay here again.

Beautifully appointed, wonderful location, but oh! That garage!

Let me say first that this property is in a fabulous location! Just two blocks from the quieter part of Pacific Beach, and walking distance to a whole slew of cafes, restaurants, and coffee shops. It couldn't have been more perfect for a family with grandparents down to twin six-year-olds. The furnishings are lovely, clean and sturdy, the beds are comfortable, the linens are fresh, and the bathrooms are squeaky clean. The kitchen is quite nice and has all the basics we needed (we replaced a broken can opener, but that was all). The host is delightful and was responsive to our few needs. My only objections are as follows: We were driving a brand-new Chrysler Pacifica - which is a large mini-van. In the ad for the property, it stated that a large vehicle would fit in the garage with a three-point turn. That being said, even with the neighbors helping navigate (very nice neighbors, by the way) we scraped the sides of the van several times parking it in the garage over the week. My tall, thin husband was unable to get the car doors opened far enough to exit once the van was finally in the garage, to say nothing of trying to get in the back and help two impatient children out of their car seats. During the extended length of time it took to park the garage door was open of course. Normally, that wouldn't be a problem, but in this case, there is no door between the garage and the home, just the curtains you see in the kitchen picture. Someone had done extensive plant trimming and deposited it in the trash can by the garage door. It was full of gnats and flies, as was the kitchen by the time we got the car parked. We did battle with the bugs all week because every time the garage was opened, more wafted in on the breeze. A nice, solid door between the garage and the kitchen would help immensely. It would also keep small children from running into the garage every time they heard the door open.

The condo was as described. The host, Wayne, was very easy to work with and he had some great suggestions for us. The location of the condo was ideal. Definitely would recommend this property.

Great location! Property manager was very easy to communicate. Would consider staying here again. Things to consider having fans in each of rooms particularly the room without windows and a bathroom downstairs!!!
