What a great house! The location of the house was perfect for all our San Diego activities. The house and kitchen were very well appointed and met all our needs. We really appreciated the dedicated off-street parking spot. All our questions were answered quickly and the owner provided extra attention to my concerns about arriving after dark and getting into the house easily. We will seek out this location on our next San Diego stay.

Location was nice, close to beaches and stores. Liquor store, a couple restaurants/ bars and coffee shop in walking distance. Unit itself is literally stacked floor on top of floor. Room and bathroom on bottom floor, kitchen, living, bathroom and room w/ loft on second floor and loft with bed and couch on 3rd floor. Only the 2 rooms have doors for privacy. The unit is connected to 2 other units very tight but quite and no issues with loudness. Over all accommodated us for the week we were there but as a family of 7 with 2 parents and 5 teen/young adult children we needed just a little more space. Garage was a plus. House did include beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, plenty of bedding extras, bath towels and a full fridge and plenty of kitchen necessities. Host was easy to work with and getting into the house at check in was easy.

We stayed at this house for family vacation. It was a good location. We walked to both the Bay and beach easily. It was easy to get to everything and the owner was very responsive.

Not a favorite

Checkin was listed as 4pm but door code wasn’t good until 4:49. Very tight parking in back with signs about “sensitive neighbor” who doesn’t like short term rentals in the area. 3rd bedroom is a loft with no door. Furnishings and finish are very basic. Very soft mattress with little back support .Walking distance to restaurants and drug store .

Great location near Crown Point Park

This is a great location for kids who want to be able to walk to a park with a beach, playground and basketball court. Very convenient to many of the sites in San Diego. Well furnished townhouse, with space to spread out.

Great location!

We had a great time with our kids and another family with small kids. The place had plenty of room for all of us. The garage was a tight fit for our larger minivan, but luckily street parking and the spot behind the garage were always available. We were able to walk to the bay and coffee shops and restaurants from the home which made for easy decisions. Thanks for being great hosts!

This is a family owned triplex in a prime location on Crown Point in Pacific Beach. We purchased the property and completed a total renovation. We care about our property and the comfort of our visitors. This is a legal registered vacation rental.

I bought this property because of its amazing location and its potential. Three large units, attached garages and lots of on-property parking made this a unique opportunity. The dog friendly neighborhood added to the allure for my family. The property is 1/2 block from Crown Point Beach Park with Lifeguard, Restrooms, Showers, Picnic Tables, BBQs, Covered Picnic Area, Volleyball Courts, Basketball Courts, Kids Play Area, Grass Park, Fire Pits, Boat Launch, Paved Bike Path. Prime are for water skking.
