This stunningly remodeled condo is less than a mile from the famous Vail slopes, just steps from the complimentary Town of Vail shuttle stop. A short 12 minute walk to the ski lift in the heart of Lionshead, and a 1.3 mile walk the center of Vail Village. On-site parking, a 2-1 laundry machine, WiFi, TVs with Rokus, fireplace & fully stocked kitchen. This property has 2 bedrooms with a king sized bed, a queen sized bed, as well as a couch with a pullout full sized mattress.

Gather around a real wood fireplace while watching your favorite show on the Roku that is provided, enjoy a complimentary coffee on the patio in the morning, a cocktail in the evening, or grill up some some burgers on the grill. This property has everything necessary to experience the best of Vail Colorado.

The condo sits in the Vail Valley with easy access to multiple ski lifts up the Vail mountain via a 12 minute walk or a 7 minute ride on the complimentary Town of Vail shuttle that is located directly out the front door of the condo. Condo is minutes from numerous hiking and biking trails, golf courses, world class fishing, river rafting, shopping, breweries and distilleries. Utilize the four sets of snowshoes to go adventure the area in the snow! A 35 minute minute drive to Breckenridge, CO and a 15 minute drive to Beaver Creek, CO. This property is central to so many activities to make your trip to Vail a memorable one.

Location….renovated nicely. One disappointment were the steps inside the unit. It is not clear in any of the promotional information that there are stairs inside the unit. Also….the old skis on the wall../one fell off. Not secured well.

What a great property! The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. We spent a lot of time trail running and hiking, with a trailhead super close by. It was incredibly convenient to have a bus stop so close as well. Gunnar and Stephanie are great hosts! They quickly answered any questions we had and provided an excellent guest book as a guide. Can’t wait to come back!

All We Needed

We appreciated the updated space and the cleanliness. The beds were VERY comfortable, which we find hard to come by. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was ideal for us. We loved one of the trails up the road and took the Vail bus every day which was super easy. Thank you!

Great place with all the things one would need. Dishes, dishwasher, washer- dryer and even an electric grill to use on the patio. Bus stop is 20 steps from the front door with service into town every 30 minutes during peak times and once a n hour at slower times. Very clean and cozy for 4 adults.

When I read the reviews and noted that the rental was 10 out of 10, I was a little skeptical. Having stayed now I think a score of 15 out of 10 might be more accurate. Gunner and Stephanie are fantastic hosts, the location is perfect, the beds are beyond comfortable, to the point where I am looking at buying the same mattresses, and the condo is cozy and warm and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here. We stayed with our four kids and loved it.

Great Apartment

The apartment is amazing. Just as listed and includes everything a family could need. Beds are super comfortable, access to Vail/Lionshead via de Sandstone Shuttle is a breeze and the property manager is extremely responsive, accommodating and helpful. 5/5 would definitely stay here again.

Boys ski trip

Our party arrived late at night and was excited to take a load off. We were welcomed to a nicely furnished and supplied condo. The condo was ideal for our small group of 3. The living area was just right to relax following 4 full days of skiing. Transportation. to vail was a breeze with the bus system. We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here again.

Super convenient spot for a stay in Vail

Nice and cozy condo with a like-new kitchen right on the bus line. The TOV bus is about 25 yards up the street and its only a few stops until the Transport Center. We used it every day to ski. Big TV right above a great wood burning fireplace. Owner was super helpful and available. Would def stay here again.

Great spot in Vail

Gunnar and Steph were great hosts. Prompt at answering questions before and during our stay. Unit was clean and well appointed with most everything you would need. We enjoyed the E bikes that were close to the unit and took the convenient bus into town too. The building on the outside is in rough shape but they are currently updating it which will be a nice upgrade. Overall a great stay, we would for sure book it again.

Perfect place for our stay

This is one of the nicest rentals I have ever stayed in. Often short term rental properties are nice but remodeled or updated on a budget. This is not the case with this property. It is a first class unit. The information provided before, during and after our stay was clearly communicated. The unit is very well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts actually dropped off additional towels prior to our arrival to insure that we had enough for our stay. It was extremely quiet and the shuttle to the slopes is very close by and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if we visit the area and I highly recommend.

A confortable condo

We rented the condo for 6 weeks. Our first impression when we entered the condo were "we made the right choice ". The condo was spacious confortable and clean. The kitchen was more than fine for a rented condo. On two occasions we contacted the owner, it took less than 10 min to receive an answer. The condo is 18 min walking distance to Lionhead gondola. If we return to Vail we will not hesitate to rent it again.

You are minutes from the legendary Vail Ski Resort, steps from hiking and snow shoe trailheads, and quick drives from golf courses, white water rafting, world class fishing waters in one of the most beautiful places in the world. The ease of access to anything you want to do in Vail, from this property's location is phenomenal.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with anything you need to cook. The condo includes fast internet, a Google home, Bluetooth speakers, a second monitor and desk/work station for anyone needing to get some work done, and also has a 2-1 laundry machine in the property, as well as a community laundry in the basement for bulkier items needing cleaned. Additionally, there are 4 pairs of snowshoes for your use provided for your stay!
