Nice place - it had everything we needed for our short stay and communication with the host was easy, and they were good about getting back to us in a timely manner. We were bummed that the hot tub was out of order while we were there (which we didn't know until after we booked), but that's ok. It is an older place, and does have an "old" smell to it, but overall it is a nice place and centrally located (to where we needed to be for the weekend).
Older condo that fit the bill for our trip. Owners were super responsive to my questions. Dated decor, but we didn't care. Everything worked, access was just a few stair steps, parking was always available when we returned. Hot tub noise would be my only complaint if you are an early sleeper, but it wasn't really all that bad. Ski resort shuttle bus was mostly on time and very convenient, right outside the building. There are two bus routes that stop there. Decent condo for the rental price.
The location was great being next to the bus stop to get to Lionshead or Vail Village. It's also really close to the walking bridge over I-70 so it's only about a 15-20 walk to Lionshead. The pool was nice for the kids. The place was adequate for what we needed!
Great location! Right off of the highway. Walking distance to Lionshead and Vail village. Cozy condo perfect for families with nice pool and two hot tubs
For the price, this unit was fine, but very dated (rugs, decor, curtains, kitchen supplies, appliances, towels). It was clean, but we had expected a notch up for the price. The positive is that the bus is across the street from the parking lot and ~10-15 to Vail (runs very 20-30 min, makes every stop going to and returning from Vail). Lionshead is close by car, but the bus doesn't stop there and it's ~10 min walk to the overpass to Lionshead, then another 5-8 to most restaurants, so Vail was easier to get to via bus. Note that you should bring your own shampoo/conditioner (had dishwashing and soap but if shopping ahead, good to know because we've always had starter sets in VRBO). The 2 hot tubs are on property which was nice. It was a fine place to stay.
Everything smooth, Busstop to Vail Transportation Center in front of the door, quiet Location. Condo old, but clean with everything you need. Had a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to return!
Checked in to a clean and spacious condo with 3 friends. Open the backdoor and walk a few steps to the hot tub. The space doesn't have a smart tv so bring a Roku plugin if you want to watch something after a long day on the slopes.
Unit was as advertised. I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness as cleaning crew had not finished their work when we got there at 4:30. Host Martha was easy to reach and got it taken care of. Location is great only steps to vail shuttle, and then only 2 stops before Vail Transportation center near Gondola 1. As others have indicated, unit is well stocked but a bit dated. A TV bigger than the 36 inch flat panel would have been better to watch the BCS Championship game, but it worked. The community hot tubs (2) were 30 steps from the back door - perfect for a quick sprint in single digit temps! So as a place to sleep, and spend daytime enjoying Vail, it worked great, and I would consider coming again.
Location is great, steps away from the bus stop and 2 stops from the Vail transportation center. Plenty of room for our family to enjoy and relax. While the amenities in the unit are 'aged,' the place was clean, functional, and suited our needs. Thanks for allowing us to stay!
The property is exactly as advertised! Short walk to the lifts via Lionshead or, on particularly cold mornings, an easy bus ride to Vail Village. Not to mention a 25 minute bus ride to the base of Beaver Creek for $8 round trip! BONUS! The apartment is larger than it looks online. We were two adults and two 16 year old boys with plenty of room to spare. The boys loved the heated pool and hot tub. They were in both every night of our trip. We are certain to be back!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's very close to the shuttle route and was a great value. We enjoyed the 2 hot tubs and all seasons pool. It was clean and comfortable and the owners are very responsive.
We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfortable, & relaxing. 2 recently retired teacher friends. We used the pool and patio. There are about 6 steps to go from parking to the door. Just in case thatâs a consideration for you. But it is not a long walk. The set up of the unit allowed us to each have our own bedroom with a private bathroom. Terrific stay!
We believe that our renter's needs are of the utmost importance. We are committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
We have owned this property together since 2005.

Martha and Jim are in Vail at least once a month.
Christina and Robbie live in Massachusetts with their two daughters and make regular trips to Vail.
Our property is a home away from home as evidenced in the photographs placed around the unit.
