Tucked in a peaceful, secluded part of the complex, the condo offers privacy and comfort just minutes from all the action. Please note: access requires one flight of stairs, which adds to the tucked-away charm and quiet atmosphere.

Start your mornings with fresh-ground coffee from the gourmet coffee bar, then head out to stroll along Gore Creek, bike through scenic valley paths, or explore the vibrant shops and restaurants of Vail Village and Lionshead. Whether you’re rafting, hiking, or enjoying local summer events, everything is within easy reach—and at day’s end, Pride’s Den is ready to welcome you back.

Enjoy meals around the dining table, movie nights on the Smart TVs, and quiet mornings reading in the sunlit living room. Kids (and grown-ups) love the resort-style amenities just steps away, including Vail’s largest indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness center.

Hi, we’re Scott and Steph—Colorado-based adventurers who split our time between Denver, Vail, and Angel Fire.

Steph’s a skier and road cyclist; Scott prefers snowboarding and singletrack. We love creating cozy, well-designed spaces in the places that inspire us. Whether it’s a powder day, a trail ride, or morning coffee on the deck, we hope you’ll feel at home here too.

Stephanie purchased this condo in the early 2000s as a place for our family to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together in the mountains. Of all the properties we’ve invested in over the years, this one was chosen first—and always with family in mind.

Pride’s Den offers a rare mix of togetherness and convenience. It’s tucked into a peaceful part of the community, yet close to everything Vail has to offer. The layout is perfect for reconnecting—whether you’re playing games at the dining table, making dinner together, or relaxing in the cozy living room after a day outdoors.

With access to incredible amenities like the indoor pool, hot tubs, and fitness room, it feels like a full resort experience—but with all the warmth of home. It’s one of our favorite places to stay, and we hope it becomes that for your family, too.
