We absolutely loved this place!!! Our kids loved the loft area, the views from both decks are amazing. The sounds from the stream in the back is so calming and peaceful. Highly recommend
Our family had a wonderful stay at this cozy condo. The listing represents the property perfectly and communication with the owner was seemless. The condo was nicely decorated, extremely clean, and very convenient to Vail/Beaver Creek. The kitchen was well equiped and our 7 year old LOVED hanging out in the loft! It was the perfect spot to call home for a wonderful week of spring skiing!
The condo was exactly as descibed. It was clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed. Chantal, our host, was both communicative and available if we needed her. I recommend this place highly!
My family absolutely loved staying at this cozy condo in Vail. It had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially loved the location of the property- slightly away from the villages (but not too far either) and on the most beautiful scenic river! We took advantage of the vail bus for hiking up at Booth Falls Trail (tough, but worth the incline) and easily parked at both Vail village and Lionshead for a variety of family meetups and restaurants. Definitely recommend breakfast at The Little Diner, grocery shopping at Safeway, and taking the Eagle Bahn gondola up for a fun day of activities (mountain coaster!), views and yummy food. The only possible downside to staying here (and Iâm reaching hereâŠ) is the smaller bed in the main bedroom. My husband and I felt like it was a full, not queen - Iâm not sure but we felt smushed lol - and lack of air circulation (rooms got a bit warm). They did provide several fans which we used and we opted to keep windows open at night (bonus - you can hear the running water of the creek / river!) We would absolutely stay here again and appreciate the hosts providing everything we needed to be comfortable! Thank you for a memorable stay!!
We were in town for a youth hockey tournament and some fishing. We immediately felt at home, the property was exactly as represented. Very clean, everything we needed. Very well kept, quiet, peaceful location. Check in, check out easy. Host was awesome and answered questions quickly. We had a great time. Would definitely stay again.
This was a great place to spend graduation weekend in late May. Wonderful mountain views and very clean. Check in and out were seamless. It is third floor with no elevator so people with mobility issues should be aware. It was no issue for us. Highly recommended!
It was perfect for our family of 5. Close to Vail Village - can take the free shuttle if needed. Beautiful surroundings. We live in FL so it was a complete change for us. Amenities were amazing - this condo has everything you need.
Owner was fantastic to deal with. She communicated back with me immediately and was so accommodating!
Place was clean and inviting and has everything you need.
A little bit further from where my family was staying but that was no big deal because there is a free ahutlle that runs all day all night.
Highly recommend
Thank you!
Really nice property in the Rockies. The check in process was simple. The owner was very responsive to any and all questions we had throughout our trip. The location was ideal with easy access to Vail Village. The condo was clean, well supplied with all necessary items (towels, bedding, kitchen supplies, etc), and the grounds were also well kept. I would recommend this property to anyone and would stay there again.
Well, equip. old building recently remodel apartment. Far from Vail downtown but with accessible free transport. The apartment has all the amenities great if you like some isolation.
It was three of us - my wife and me (in our mid sixties), and my mother (mid eighties). And my mother had approved our stay on the third floor with no elevator. She managed OK, but the forty steps up does get your attention!
The location is AWESOME, as it is an easy drive to Vail WITHOUT having to get onto the freeway. And the unit itself is right on Gore Creek, with a very spacious deck overlooking the creek, and tall pines towering nearby. We just loved having the sounds of the creek when the windows were open, and it was not an issue with windows closed.
The unitâs two bathrooms are a bit cozy but very functional. Seating in the main area is comfortable, especially in the two side chairs. The decor is tastefully updated, and there are a number of small touches which really make a positive difference for guests - like lots of hooks, shelves, benches, stools and luggage racks. And personally, I LOVE the 1870-2000 Colorado photo book.
All in all a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend, and/or come back and stay again ourselves.
Excellent Racquet Club (East Vail) upper floor condo
The condo is not as large as the wide-angle pictures would lead you to believe, but in all other respects it is excellent. Having been a Vail regular since 1971, I'm familiar with many of the properties in town. Usually there is something wrong -- a door is broken, kitchen essentials are missing, the heat is noisy, etc. We found nothing to complain about here. The furnishings are complete, modern, clean, and simple, and everything seemed fairly new. Coffee filters, salt and pepper, aluminum foil and Tupperware were all there (not always the case!), along with a larger-than-normal assortment of kitchen equipment and utensils. A bin of toiletries complements the more eco-friendly dispensers in the showers. I've stayed at the Racquet Club some years ago and knew that the location would require a shuttle bus ride to the Transportation Center (with a separate in-town shuttle required to get from there to Golden Peak or Lions Head), but for a last-minute booking we two adults decided to forego our usual in-town choices in favor of the better bargains of East Vail. The shuttle bus stop is right in front of the VRC. Note: parking in the Vail garages is free after 3pm, so for dinner it's faster to drive into town. There are three beds up in the loft -- the condo would be very cozy if the full complement of beds were used, but it's nice to know they're there; personally I would not go with more than four people. Stairs only to this upper floor unit, you've been warned! In order to use the Racquet Club facilities like hot tub, pool, steam room, and sauna you'll have to pay a fee. The new restaurant on-site that has replaced Blu's is not open Mon/Tue and we did not experience it.
