Enjoy the entire apartment with a queen size bed, kitchen with oven, microwave and frig, bathroom with shower. 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops in quaint downtown Pt. Richmond. Close to hiking and bike trails. Central SF bay area location: 10 minute drive to the Richmond Ferry and BART, 15 min to Berkeley or Marin, 30 min to downtown SF, 45 min to Sausalito and 60 min to the Napa/Sonoma wine country.
Everything was fantastic and we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for hosting us for our weekend away! Will recommend this place to anybody traveling to the Bay Area. Hope to be back soon!
The property is adorable and has fantastic views. Equipped with essentials to cook a meal and nicely decorated. The breeze through the windows is wonderful. It's a quick drive to San Francisco or to the ferry to city. The property manager was very accessible and responded quickly. The check in instructions were thorough and easy.
5-Star View of Golden Gate and Marin County Bridge.
This is a funky cool top-floor vaulted studio apartment boasting a 5-Star view of the San Francisco Bay, the Golden Gate Bridge, and the Marin County Bridge. It's private, and the neighbors are really nice. Easy in and key box out. Museums include the WWII Rosie the Riveter Museum and a model train museum. There's a hidden gem winery located at the Red Oak Victory Ship Museum. There's a ferry between Richmond and San Francisco. If our paths lead back, we will stay here again.
Cute space for decent price with an unbeatable view
Great view to wake up to and the space was utilized nicely for a small bungalow. Loved the kitchen and felt safe/comfortable. Small markets nearby also made it easy to pick up things for breakfast.
This place grew on us each day we stayed. We had a bigger vehicle, so the parking was a little challenging, but once we figured it out, we were fine. We loved that we could walk to a few tasty restaurants and down the hill, as well a grocery store. The building was quiet, and it was so enjoyable to wake up and drink coffee on the sofa with the view of the bay. The attic was warm at night, but opening the window facing the bay cooled it off quickly with the breeze. The studio was sweet and simple and we slept well there. Also loved that we could easily drive to the Richmond BART station and get into San Francisco. Grateful for the lovely stay!
We had a relaxing weekend getaway. The views are spectacular. The neighbors are friendly. We walked into the cutest area where there was a pub and grill, antique store etc⊠also nice walk to Keller Beach. Quiet area and communication with owner was great.
Super cute apartment with a lot of character and great views. Loved the valted ceilings and looking out window to the bay. Well maintained with nice little touches.
We had a great time here and enjoyed the view so much! It is even better in person than in the photos! There are some cute places to walk to nearby for food or coffee. Everything was also very clean and spacious. It is a great spot! Thank you!
My friend and I had an amazing time at this VRBO location! The place was located in an area with easy access to the Port Richmond area, the bridges, and all that San Francisco has to offer. The views from our room were breathtaking. Some activities we did were a wine tour through the Sonoma wine country, hiking on the Tennessee Valley Trail, some sight seeing in San Francisco, and exploring Keller Beach which was right down the road from the house. The hosts, Larry & Lucas, were very detailed in their communication and accommodating in providing a nice stay. The house was very clean, quaint and just as advertised. Would highly recommend staying here!
One of the most delightful places we've ever stayed! We had never been to Point Richmond and were delighted by the downtown area, but were really amazed by the location and views of this top floor unit. All we wanted to do was open the windows, feel the incredible breeze and stare out at the Bay. This was a perfect place for two. The space is small, but has everything we could ask for. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, good shower, well stocked kitchen. It gets a little warm with so much sunlight coming in, but all you have to do is open the windows and an incredible breeze flows through quickly cooling the area down. Our host was very prompt with communication. A++! We will definitely be back again.
This is just the cutest studio with a stunning view of the bay. Everything was there that we needed to enjoy our stay. A lovely bottle of wine greeted us, thank you! A light, bright space with bay breezes. We would definitely stay here again.
A cozy spot for two with a comfortable bed. If hot outside and no breeze, it can get very hot in the unit as it is at the top of the house and immediately under the roof. The unit included a small 5 inch fan but needs either two 12" fans or one 24" inch fan for the rare occasion (which we experienced) when the breeze is not blowing, the sun is still up, and it was 82 F outside the unit. Luckily, we brought our own fans.
We completely enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem. The views of bay are fantastic. The unit has plenty of natural light, quiet, and clean. There are restaurants and a couple of markets close by. We will certainly be returning to this area. Weâre from Chicago and in the area looking for a house in the Richmond & Oakland area. We would share more but weâre very busy right now. We recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area.
This historic building was built in 1908. It sits atop a hill in Pt. Richmond facing the San Francisco Bay. The studio is on the 3rd (top) floor with spectacular views of the bay, Golden Gate and San Rafael bridges, and Mt. Tamalpias.
Pt. Richmond is centrally located in the San Francisco Bay area. Walking distance to dining and shopping in quaint downtown Pt. Richmond. Close to parks, bike trails and the Rosie the Riveter museum. 15 minute drive to Marin and Berkeley, 35 minutes to downtown San Francisco and Sausalito 1 hour drive to San Jose and Napa. 10 Minute drive to BART and the bay ferry to downtown SF.
