We had a great time. The house was perfect for a large (10 person) family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone to spend time together and not feel crowded. The pool was fantastic and super easy beach access.

A great property for our large group! Plenty of space for everyone. The house was nicely decorated and there were a lot of extras! We were very impressed with the parking. We had five cars and they all fit in the garage. The outdoor spaces were clean and comfortable.

This house is perfect for a large family. Plenty of room to spead out if you want and the kitchen areas are plenty big for everyone to gather around and eat. Short walk to the beach across the private walkway and the private pool is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here.

BEAUTIFUL home! We loved the rooftop deck, access to the beach and taking a dip in the pool to cool off. We walked down to Surf twice for lunch, very convenient!!

The beach view was stunning from the entire back of the house. The home is very spacious with plenty of room for my large family. The check in staff was very helpful and prompt with their answers. This place is a gem.

We have been coming to Amelia Island for over 30 years. This house takes the cake, cream of the crop, winner winner! Our family has grown quite a bit in the many years we have been coming to the island and this house fit us all comfortably and then some. We had two folks with mobility issues and the elevator was a lifesaver. We will be coming back (already made a down payment for next year)! 5 star luxury and an amazing view. Two kitchens, one we used and the other was perfect for the chef—beautiful dining room on 3rd floor. This is a perfect property for large families or multiple families to have an elevated beach vacation.

Words simply cannot do this place justice! We gathered to celebrate my wife’s 80th birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect setting for a truly memorable family celebration.All of our adult children and grandchildren joined us, and everyone was absolutely blown away by the property. The accommodations were extraordinary, and the attention to detail was remarkable.The home itself was exquisitely decorated. Every room looked as though it had been professionally staged for the most discerning buyer. The furnishings, décor, and overall presentation were simply stunning. It was elegant and sophisticated, yet wonderfully comfortable and inviting.With two fully equipped kitchens, preparing meals for a large family was a breeze. Every utensil, appliance, and kitchen gadget imaginable was available. In fact, our only challenge was that there was so much equipment that finding a particular item occasionally turned into a scavenger hunt!And the amenities were incredible: three washers and dryers, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, a wine chiller, and even a full commercial-grade ice maker! Clearly, no expense was spared in making this home comfortable and convenient for a large gathering.This wasn't simply a place to stay. It was a place where our entire family could come together, celebrate a milestone birthday, and create memories that will last a lifetime.We couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. Absolutely exquisite in every respect!

The place was huge & well stocked with all the essentials. However, the best part of the house was how sound proof it was between floors. If the family was playing games on the top floor, you didn’t hear a sound on the 2nd floor…if the babies were crying on the 2nd floor, people on the 3rd floor slept undisturbed!

The pool and beach were excellent. The house was very accommodating for the 11 of us. Kitchen had everything you need, which was great, because we did a lot of cooking. The only negative, was the living room furniture wasn’t the most comfortable. Would like to return.

Fabulous property

Our family had her a wonderful stay at this property. The location, the view, the spacious rooms and newish appliances all make it a great place to stay for 5 or 6 couples or other similar size group. We had a plumbing problem that didn't get taken care of while we were there, but the property and location are so fantastic that it's not possible to feel disappointed.

Great House with Excellent Proximity to Beach

We used the home for a small family reunion & had a great time. We had a few issues with the WiFi being out part of the time, but I think that was more a service provider issue. The home was large enough for our group to spread out but it also allowed for gathering together which we enjoyed. We would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, cooking space and endless entertainment options. Dance party in the garage, fun in the pool, pool table, beach activities, or relaxing on the roof with and amazing view — so much to love about this property!

PERFECT WEEK

Unit is as described. Plenty of room, clean, supplied well. Love having all the beach chairs, toys and floats available to use. Our children loved the kayaks and paddle board! We will be back!

Family Christmas

We got this house to spend time with our blended family (3 sets of parents and kids) and this property did not disappoint. We were able to spread out in comfort and still feel like we had a feeling of being under one roof. Definitely a perfect setup for extended family with multiple age range kids. We found a great market for prepared foods (Sue’s Market) and really enjoyed the local events for the Dickens themed Christmas festival downtown.

Ideal for large group

This is a wonderful property for a large group of people! Two kitchens (very well appointed) make it easy to stock up for your stay. They even provide beach towels! Excellent location. It may be hard to have small children here because the house is OVERDECORATED with lots of things that could be easily broken. I'm not sure why these things aren't removed, but the owners must be more relaxed than I am! Highly recommend this great property.

Our Family Stay

This listing is truly fantastic! I retired at the end of 2024 and wanted to do a family celebration. This house did not disappoint!Every bedroom is huge with king beds with the exception of one double queen room.The rooftop deck was awesome in the evenings for stargazing and sunrise/sunsets.The elevator is rather slow, but it came in handy for getting the luggage up to the second and third floors, if nothing else!Had a couple of issues with the elevator circuit breaker, but the response from the maintenance team was incredibly quick. This is not your typical VRBO. The decor is top-notch and the amenities were plentiful.I would highly recommend this house for large groups

Fabulous on all fronts.

Excellent attention to detail across multiple topics: pool/beach -Toys for any age and athleticism, entertainment- modern TVs everywhere you look plus games, game tables and a pool table with enough space to actually use it. Large group hosting- two gourmet kitchens with pretty much everything we needed to prepare for and serve 24 and most of us stayed upstairs and it was never crowded. Sleeping quarters- 7 comfortable beds with ample pillows. Whether overnight or just for the gathering, everyone who visited raved about what a perfect place and experience this was for them. Even better, they thought I was brilliant for finding it.
