The AC wasn’t working properly when we arrived. A phone call was made & AC was repaired immediately while we were at dinner. Great customer service! Comfy condo across from the beach!

We had a terrible experience with another rental company and Luxury rentals of Amelia came to the rescue and were so kind, nice and helpful. We had nowhere to go and they saved our vacation that we look forward to all year. I really cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. I will be booking with them again. Lovely, Comfortable Condo in a Perfect Location

One of the nicest experiences on Amelia Island awaits you in this pristine, light filled "treetop"condo. The bedrooms were well appointed. We appreciated the cozy living room and large television at the end of the day. The well stocked kitchen with every possible upscale utensil went virtually unused because we opted to dine out. Other than the lovely washer and dryer, the only appliance we used was the Keurig coffee maker which was a necessity. Parking was exceptionally convenient in front of the building. It was a short walk to the Omni or to the beach. The Plantation shops, spa and restaurants are close by. We couldn't have been more pleased with our visit and hope to return soon.
