We love this house! It's our 4th or 5th time renting this property. the hosts communicated quickly and were able to help us extend our stay checkout time. I already can't wait to go back. I highly recommend this house. the added putting green was a bonus for me : -)

This property was great! The house was well suited with everything we needed. A big plus was the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella. It made the short walk to the beach super easy. Our kids loved the pool and game area. They’ve thought of everything that you may need. Great time and hope to revisit soon!

No heated pool as advertised is the only reason for not 5 stars but amazing location. Loved the house, fenced in yard and game room. Would be great for summer!

Clean. Great location. Organized (everything labeled). Pet friendly. Hosts responsive to questions/concerns. Well stocked kitchen. No space for groceries in kitchen cabinets, but closet in hall and countertop space available. Pro-tip: Bring zip locks and/or storage containers. Lots to cook with, but nothing for storage. We will be back!

We loved our stay here and really enjoyed the property.It has everything you could possibly want. It was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool and the quick walk to the beach. The dog loved the backyard!I would Highly recommend to anyone looking to visit the Amelia Island area.

Perfect getaway

This house and the location was excellent! Couldn’t have ask for a better vacation getaway. The host made sure all our needs were met and the pool and bonus room was a huge plus. House is set up perfectly for any situation when you want to enjoy spending time at the beach.

Perfect location - right by the beach!

We had a wonderful time in Amelia Island and truly enjoyed the home. The property is very well maintained and the outside area and pool is fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

This house had everything we needed and more: comfortable beds and furniture, heated pool, great deck, game room, etc. Very close to the beach. Also close to restaurants and shopping.
