Cette villa offre un design unique multi-niveau, avec un concept cuisine / salon ouvert sur l'étage principal et de chambres sur les niveaux à l'étage. Profitez de la vue sur l'océan depuis le salon / salle à manger et la chambre principale.

Cette villa est le cadre idéal pour une escapade à la mer et a été joliment décorée et bien équipée. Tout cela pour un bon prix!

Le golf est disponible sur de nombreux excellents parcours dans la région. Des vélos et des voiturettes de golf sont également disponibles - veuillez vous renseigner pour plus d'informations.

Beautiful

The unit was beautiful and beautifully decorated and well stocked. It is a much further walk to the beach than i expected with a lot of stairs. So, beware of that but some of it is shaded with trees which keeps the sun off in that section. It is oceanfront so the view is beautiful!

Lovely family layout on the beach

The Omni facility is well thought out and well run. The multi floor layout gave us nice space for parents and kids alike. Well kept unit, and the access to the beach was great.

Wonderful Mother's Day stay

Place was just as advertised. Pictures were accurate. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Cleanliness superb. Loved the view. Pool deck, could have laid there all weekend. One thing I would change is the comfort of the balcony chairs. Not a game changer though

Perfect setting

What a beautiful natural setting and the amenities were amazing. Walking down to the beach and seeing turtles in their natural habitat was a treat. The beach was very private and quiet with tons of shells to discover. The view from the master bedroom window was gorgeous, so nice to wake up to. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and plenty of room. My family was very pleased with our trip to Amelia Island, so quaint, great restaurants and the Par 3 golf course was amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The views are incredible, and it has been nicely updated. Our only "complaint" is that the bathrooms are very small (particularly the master bath). It would be nice if the 3rd bathroom was available for use.

Some of our Beach Walker properties do have a third bathroom, but this particular unit only has two. Excellent stay in gorgeous home

Home is exactly as pictured. There are plenty of amenities, supplies, and space for a larger family. The decor is beautiful. Everyone agreed their beds were very comfortable. The only niggling comment I would make is that the outdoor chairs on the deck are very large for the space and make it hard to navigate getting in and out of the door. Other than that it was fantastic, and the location to both the beach and the surrounding destinations like restaurants and shops is perfect.

Great views, close to beach access. Villa was a bit smaller than it seems. Bathroom in master is very small. If you plan on cooking the ventilation is terrible. Kitchen fills up with smoke quickly.

Wonderful week at Beachwalker

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amelia Island. The condo looked like it had just recently been updated. Beautifully decorated. VERY clean! The only negative was the people who clean the pool area took our beach towels and put them in the trash even though it was way past dawn when we put them out at the pool. Future renters be aware of this. We had a very nice week!

Great Location w/ Lots of Privacy

Just completed a stay here with my wife and we had a great time. The condo is very nice with awesome wifi which we didn’t use much because of the beach and pool access so close. Beautiful trails for running and walking and some cool ways to see the sunrise (sunken forest) and sunset (just go up to the third floor) and it was great! We had a couple small annoyances out of the renters control in that the parking was being worked on so we had to find alternate parking and the beach is being extended for the next few months but they were small temporary things that don’t dampen a wonderful experience. Would come here agajn and bring kids.
