Reel Palms Canal House is beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, located on the highly desired canals of Jamaica Beach, perfect for your next Galveston vacation. Tasteful décor, amazing sunrises and private dock are some of the favored amenities of this cozy Galveston Island home. Large upper deck that's great for sunbathing or dropping a line into the water. Lots of seating on ground level amid a beautifully landscaped yard with lots of palms, plants and a fish cleaning station appeals to friends, family and fisher-people. A quick car, bicycle or golf cart ride to the beach only 1 mile away.

The living area of Reel Palms Canal House affords a comfortable sofas, side chairs and a 52" TV with Roku to stream all your favorite sites, including local channels. The dining area is tastefully decorated and has seating for 6, with additional seating on deck.

A perk to being on the main canal is easy access to the water. Reel Palms Canal House has a private dock that you can bring your own boat* to tie it up. We also have a canal ladder for ease of getting into/out of the water, whether to splash around, kayak, or to float along. We have 3 kayaks for your use at no additional charge.

Reel Palms Canal House offers a fully stocked kitchen with all the essential cook and dining ware needed whether you bring your own food or catch it right in the canal. Our kitchen offers a full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. We also provide a crock pot, several pitchers, toaster, blender and mixer for all those who want to whip up a fabulous meal.

The fishing at Reel Palms is unbelievably fantastic! Bring your fishing pole to drop a line directly off our dock or upper deck. The underwater fish lights attract more fish at night.

Reel Palms Canal House has a fully paved driveway and parking area for up to 5 cars. Please do NOT park on the grass (sprinkler system) or in the street (against City ordinance).

The yard is fully fenced to help keep kiddos and APPROVED pets safe.

*If you are planning on using the Jamaica Beach marina to launch a watercraft, please contact us before bringing your boat so we can help you locate the marina pass that you will need to launch your boat from the marina.

NOTE: Upon booking this property, you agree to: all rules, sign a House Agreement, provide a copy of primary renter's driver license, provide a guest list of everyone's names and ages, within 48 hours of booking. You will also be required to place a security deposit three days prior to arrival.

• No events, parties or large gatherings including bachelor/bachelorette, graduation, teen or chaperoned groups – if this is your intent, please look elsewhere
• No smoking inside or on decks
• Dog friendly with fee – prior approval required, no puppies, max 2 dogs – please dispose of dog feces, hair
• Please keep dogs off furniture
• Requires one flight of stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
• Additional fees and taxes may apply

Violation of any rules (above) or stated in our House Agreement may constitute loss of security hold.

Cancellation policy: Guest receives 100.00% of rent if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival.
No refunds within 14 days of arrival.
