Beautiful Vacation Home in Waterville Valley

You will be within walking distance to local shops, food, golf course, hiking trails and a quick 5 minute drive to Waterville Valley Ski. There are five bedrooms with five bathrooms in the house. Two bedrooms are on the second floor - one has a king, the other one has a full and a twin. One bedroom on the main level has a king. Two bedrooms are on the lower level - one has a king and a twin. The other one has two queens. The living room on the main floor has five couches and a wood burning fireplace. Four large smart TVs are set on different floors to accommodate your needs. The sauna room sitting at a quiet corner is perfect to help you relax at the end of a day. There are plenty of board games and books also. The house can comfortably host ten adults and four kids.
In addition Waterville Valley is located between Plymouth and Lincoln, both of which have a lot of hiking trails and restaurants if you are looking for an adventure outside of the Valley.

This home was perfect for our group of 11! Spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained, it gave everyone plenty of room to relax. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the town square and close to lots of activities. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and share meals together. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Fantastic House

Great place in great location. House was great for a group with tons of space to hang out, right by shuttle to the mountain and easy walk to golf course, Coyote Grill and Town Square.

Great home and great location

We loved the home - very spacious and had everything you need. The property manager was very responsive and just an 8 minute drive to the mountain. We hope to stay again next year!

Location Location Location

Perfect spot to access all that Waterville Valley has to offer. Tubing, skiing, ice skating and arcade all less than 10 minutes from the house…some activities within walking distance! The house has enough room for everyone to have their own space but also come together as a large group. The bedrooms are all a great size with a bathroom each. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this house in Waterville Valley! It was the perfect place for our extended family to gather and enjoy a winter getaway. The house was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals for the whole crew, and the living areas were cozy and perfect for family bonding after a long day of skiing.The location was ideal—just a short drive to the ski slopes, which made getting to the mountain a breeze. The skiing at Waterville Valley was fantastic—great conditions, and there was something for everyone, whether you’re an expert skier or a beginner. After skiing, we loved relaxing by the fireplace and enjoying the sauna. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better spot to create lasting memories with our loved ones. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly getaway!

Great location

Spent a week with our small children. Layout was great for family and guests. Every bedroom had its own dedicated bathroom which is a huge plus... all bedrooms were good size and I'd definitely stay there in the future.

Great for many couples

3 king master suites and lots of space to enjoy. There was 9 of us and both dining and talking were comfortable. We'll book this for next year.

Wonderful Stay - beautiful and spacious house

The house is very beautiful and spacious. It looks even better in person. I stayed with a group of mommy friends and family, a little getaway before the new school year begins. The ladies loved the house. There were only a few complaints about the temperatures in some of the rooms and the beds were not soft enough for some of the ladies. All based on individual preference. It only got 4/5 stars for the cleaning because it was very surface level cleaning. I have a slight case of OCD - The fridge was a little dirty, looked like stuff spilled and sat overtime (also found a press-on nail in the fridge) so we did a thorough cleaning. There were spiderwebs on a few of the coat racks and there were left over toys under the couch. Overall the house was cool and the beds are comfortable for people who like a little firm mattress. Instructions were clear and conscious and the owner was responsive to all messages. When driving it was a little hard to see the road and almost impossible for those driving at night. FYI - The road looks like a driveway and across the street is the street-sign next to a fire hydrant.

Spacious Place / Cute Area

Having stayed at a number of places around NH we decided to try the Waterville Valley area for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The area is cute and only 45 minutes away from many other potential destinations. The rental was well equipped and clean. Will definitely consider it again.

Family Wedding

Stayed at this gorgeous home to attend my neices wedding at Waterville Valley. Location was perfect and the house fit all 11 of us! So nice that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom, a key feature with everyone getting ready for a formal event!

Property was as advertised, however, it had a number of maintenance issues-- shower leaked onto floor below making it unusable, thermostats were not charged therefore didn't function, bedroom doors not plum therefore very loud to open/close, drain in master plugged with hair

Family and Friends Ski Getaway

Overall very happy with our stay. The house offered plenty of room for adult and children and was close to all amenities. Check in instructions were not provided and delayed check in however owner was apologetic and offered partial refund due to the troubles. Unfortunately the deck was not clean off and unable to be utilized due to snow and ice build up. smart thermostats had to be changed to the room due to charging issues but again very comforting place for the entire family with access to fames for the children.

Ski getsway

This home was great! It was more than the pictures leisure to. Almost every room had its own bathroom, there was a very large living room, and the kitchen was very accommodating. The sauna was a nice bonus, too! This was everything we wanted for a ski weekend, less than five minutes to the moment! The host was excellent in responses

Renovated, roomy and close to town/mountain

This place was great! We split it with another family and a nanny but could have easily added another family. The pictures don’t do it justice - the condo is renovated and very clean and roomy. Close to town, snow tubing and the White Mountain Athletic club. Most importantly, close to the mountain for skiing (8 min drive).
