"Open concept" unit was newly furnished and boasts 18 ft ceilings. The kitchen, dining area, bathroom, & living area on main floor, w/ the bedroom above in the loft. Take advantage of the Jacuzzi in the bathroom, 55" Roku TV.

The Space:
Conveniently located, 3rd floor, 1 bedroom loft, with patio. Enjoy the great view overlooking the Capitol.

The unit itself is trendy, clean and comfortable!

The common areas as noted in some of the pictures are older and look worn. We are actively working with the property managers to keep the common areas clean and appealing. On some occasions we have noticed that common areas such as the entrances, elevators, stairwells, and hallways to have and odor or need cleaning.

Guest Access:
Access to the entire apartment to yourself, laundry room, and common hallway and stair areas in the building.

The Neighborhood:
You will be in the heart of downtown walking distance to all major attractions!

Getting Around:
Bike or walk to anything that you need in the city. Bus stops steps from the building. Take a taxi easily to anywhere in the city. There is street parking available and we can also help you purchase dedicated private parking if that interest you.

Other Things to Note:
We want you to know that we’re doing our part to
help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and
disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light
switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) and all linens
before you check in.

Nightly prices range from $55 to $125 a night subject to minimum night stay guidelines.
