We had a great stay at this property over the weekend! Truly walking distance to the Boardwalk, easy parking, clear instructions, we had everything we needed. Very cozy spot, we were a group of 6 and had plenty of room. The host were immediately responsive when I had a question about something. Highly recommend!

Some updating could help. Had a musty smell. More lighting in the back bedroom would be nice. Need to make sure to note that the third “bedroom” is a loft.

Not sure what guest means by "updating." Our place is a comfortable Santa Cruz rental near the beach and boardwalk. We're so glad that almost all of our guests appreciate our home and that families, in particular, love staying here! The loft is clearly identified as the third bedroom in the property description which I urge all renters to review carefully.

Our stay in Santa Cruz was perfect. Linda’s home was as described with plenty of room for a family vacation. We were thrilled to be in walking distance of yummy food, great coffee, the beach, and Boardwalk. We will definitely be back!

The property was very spacious but separated into 3 levels. Overall the space was clean but the walls, ceiling fans etc. could definitely use a deep clean. It is walking distance from the beach by a few blocks and there’s great spots for coffee and good. Would definitely book again

Outstanding location - we walked to the beach and the Boardwalk with the kids. It was great to have a wagon and boogie boards, and there were lots of things for the kids to play with. The kitchen was well equipped. Very easy to check in; great parking.

The description of my property is clear: "The third bedroom is a large loft on the upper level with ceiling fan and is accessed by a circular staircase. Loft room has four twin beds, perfect for four kids or comfortable for several adults." This guest asked on the date of arrival for an early check-in; had difficulty turning on the lights in one of the bedrooms and refused any problem-solving suggestions; did not read house instructions; did not read the property description carefully; constantly texted with questions about the property only to respond five minutes later with a "never mind." We would not rent our property to this guest again.

Great location! Easy to walk to the boardwalk and downtown. It’s well-stocked with dishes and appliances in the kitchen. We were very comfortable, and the balcony was nice to hang out in. All the info was clear and concise. Would stay here again!

Great stay nice kitchen plenty of sleeping areas and 2 and a half bathrooms. The only negative was it was hot in Santa Cruz so the loft got pretty warm, the owners had fans which helped quite a bit. That was just bad luck on our part , it’s not usually that hot there. We a great stay a very nice place.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay and only wish it was longer. The house had everything you could possibly need & lots of extra thoughtful touches. House was spotless & the kids loved the loft. It was a very short walk to the beach & boardwalk. Location quiet and everyone slept well in comfortable beds. We had plenty of extra towels blankets etc…. Will definitely love to come back next summer! Communication with host excellent. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

The property includes everything needed for a great vacation. It was clean, very tastefully decorated, and in a great location. Having two assigned parking places is an added bonus. We did not do any cooking besides heating takeout but the kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the owner was easy and timely. We had a very enjoyable six night stay.

Beautiful and clean condo. Lots of fun stuff for the kids and tons of books for adults. The decor is gorgeous and the plants are a nice addition. There's a wagon and small cooler for the beach, as well as boogie boards, sand boards, and tangled This is a middle property with other residents on each side. Check in and parking was easy. The master bed was so uncomfortable and hard I didn't sleep much at all the first night. The kitchen is so tiny the fridge and the dishwasher cannot be opened at the same time. There's only half curtains in the east facing living room so you'll get blasted with the sun in your eyes in the morning.
