First time in Destin and loved this location.

It was our first time in Destin and we didn’t know what to expect however this location was lovely and private. We appreciated the beach views and private beach awesome stay will come back again.

It doesn’t get better than this

Clean, updated, perfect location with spectacular views. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Off season is the best time to go. We had the whole beach to ourselves. The management company was easy and efficient. Will look to stay here again.

Beautiful view

The property is well maintained. Beautiful view of the ocean. Pool is located in the front of the building which is also the parking lot. The unit was just as the pictures show.

Great location

Everything was fine except for the freezer door would not shut properly. Condo does need some updating. Beach access is great and it’s real nice the beach is private.

Great location!

My family and I really enjoyed this location! The check-in procedure was a little bit stressful just because we got there at midnight and we never got any information sent to us on what our room number was. We did get the gate code and the door code but not the room number unless I’m just technologically incompetent, which is completely possible lol but I did call the one 800 number and they answered it Clearly - as far as check out again, I did not know what we were supposed to do or not do but I messaged them and they did respond with that- very clean very beautiful location. We will probably stay here again.

Loved the condo and the location to the beach was amazing. Just a few minor things, the iron did not work. There was a receipt under the bed from April and we found toys under the couch. (Cleaning issue). Suggestions: if you could provide a hair dryer, beach towels and maybe small beach chairs for airplane travelers. The condo does furnish two lounge chairs and an umbella on the beach , which was great. We bought small chairs to sit in the water and just left them with other guests on the beach. We loved our stay !! Thank you!

Great location, hospitality lacking

This location is ideal for Crystal Beach. The property had a deck, right on the beach and the beach service with the chairs and umbrella were amazing..all set up for you in the morning. Short walk to local coffee shop.As far as hospitality for what you pay, they provide the bare minimum compared to what we are used to with other properties. No cleaning supplies, minimal toilet paper, coffee pot but no coffee filters for it, one tiny sliver of hand soap in each bathroom, washer and dryer but no laundry detergent. It just seems this would be pretty low cost on their end to just have a big box of detergent for their guests. When you travel you don't want to have to go to store and buy a bunch of cleaning supplies. Other than that, nice property and great location.

Great location!!

We had a wonderful stay! We love Crystal Dunes! The unit is just as pictured. The check in process was seamless, no problems getting in. Unit was kept clean. The only things I’d note is, compared to other units we’ve stayed in at Crystal Dunes, it does need some updating, especially the master bath. The master shower is extremely small, moldy and has no place to put shower items except the floor. And unfortunately the disposal broke and sink backed up, but it was on our last day so it didn’t affect us much. The management sent a very nice plumber over but was unable to fix it while we were there. All in all I would still recommend, we had a fantastic stay!

We stayed here five years ago and absolutely loved the place. Very clean. The place is in a perfect location. Perfect size. Easy to get in and out and offer chair service. We absolutely loved it. But this time around. We don’t know if the management changed. But the place smelled like Indian food. Very strong. That smell stayed for three days. Then someone came and gave us a bottle to spray and told don’t come back for an hour. That somewhat helped. The floors were dirty and there was hair all over the place. I would like to give this place another try. Cause we love the location. But we will see. For that amount of money being spent there are better updates and more clean places to stay at.

Beautiful condo.wont book with this co again!

I’ve rented from HomeAway, Airbnb and others all over the country for years. I have never felt so ripped off! What’s with all the additional fees? I don’t mind paying for the Rental. $150 forhousekeeping is a bit much since you asked me to take out the garbage, load the dishwasher. I don’t pay my housekeeper $150/hr and I have a 4 bedroom house...but service fee and another fee?? You’re just taking advantage. The condo was very nice. Still didn’t justify all the added fees!!

Dream vacation

I can't wait to go back! I cannot say enough good things about this experience. The hosts were amazing they always responded immediately when I had a question and sent plenty of information beforehand so we really knew everything upfront. So so happy with the property, I love that it was gated and parking is literally right by the elevators. The pool is amazing and clean and everything well maintained outside. Our actual unit was so clean no leftover sand on the floors from people before which is pretty common but not here! Plenty of bath towels, linens were nice and clean. Beds were nice tvs in all the bedrooms. Great views on balcony so private and quiet! Never heard any of the other vacationers. Private beach access was so nice, so the beach was not crowded. Beach service was awesome to have the umbrella and chairs, this was a HUGE perk. Location was the absolute BEST we were close to literally everything, grocery, restaurants, shopping, the harborwalk all 5-10 minutes away. Destin is beautiful anyways but this condo really nailed for me. Will definitely stay here again 5 stars!!

Horrible attitude and wasn’t willing to help. Horrible service . Not clean like they said it would be expected to be. Left the phone in the room tried to get it back they said they had NOTHING to do about it and it wasn’t their scope of work

Great place to stay for family's really quiet

I loved it my family did too.the only issues was the hot water in master bedroom didn't stay hot long it ran cold really fast couldn't really enjoy the hot tub because of it other than that I would recommend it for family's to stay very quiet no partying everyone is very nice and very peaceful.

Not as perfect as the pictures

Overall the condo was fine there were just a lot of little things that added up to us not enjoying our stay as much as we had hoped. - The hot tub in the pool area was closed all week - there was lots of calcium build up in the second shower/ bathtub - there are several tile pieces on the floor that are not glued down and move ever time that you step on them. - The bed in the master is horrible- so firm it is like you are sleeping on the floor - the light in the fridge was out The list goes on.... Would I stay here again, no.

We are happy to report that the shower has been addressed by the housekeeping team and the tile has been resealed. And of course, we replaced the refrigerator light as soon as you reported it to us. We have checked the bed and it is in good condition. It is firm but all of our properties are furnished to the individual owner's comfort level. Very Impressed!

This was one of the best units we've staying in in a long time. It was clean and needed very little upgrading. The master bath shower head needs to be replaced but everything else was in good working order. The coffee pot was broken. I sent a text and they immediately responded, sent someone out and promptly brought us a new one. We like that kind of customer service. The umbrella service on the beach wasn't great. Most of the chairs would be empty but they were reserved. Will stay in this unit again!

I have stayed in condos in Destin for many years. This was my favorite. The furniture was comfortable and not worn out like many places I've stayed. Beds were comfortable, charging stations everywhere, great location, friendly staff.
