I think the most unique thing about this townhouse is its location. I also like that the family private areas are upstairs and the living area is downstairs. Having a garage for guests is a great feature.
My guests enjoy the beautiful sunsets at the end of our quiet street. This is a very calm neighborhood. When the Island is crazy busy somehow you can get away from it all right here. You can be in the middle of it all or completely get away right here! Your own little Oasis!!
