Host promptly returned all messages. Sent detailed check-in and check out info ahead of time, and there were no issues with our stay. Unfortunately, our weekend plans changed, so we did not get to fully enjoy everything the house had to offer, but our stay was great, and we will certainly be back again if the opportunity presents itself! I rented this house because we intended on bringing our dog, the fenced in backyard looked amazing as well as the fire pit and the couches in the living room were super comfortable! Definitely book this house if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay in the area!

Wonderful House

With our son & family moving to Fuquay Varina we were very lucky to find this house. It is always a very comfortable house to stay in. The house is beautifully maintained. The owner is always available and is happy to help whenever he is needed. We consider this house our Home Away from Home when we are visiting family.

Great property

This house was perfect for what we needed. The back yard was spacious for our dog to run around after a long drive in the car. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Property manager was easy to get in contact with. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend to others.

We were so pleased to find Jason's place when we traveled to NC for our nephew's wedding! The beds were wonderfully comfortable and we really enjoyed having the space to relax and get some work done before the event, plus plenty of space for five people to get ready for the wedding!

The house is both roomy and comfy. It was perfect for us, our daughter and son-in-law, and two grandsons, as we spent time visiting our son and his family just 10 minutes away. The beds were very comfortable and the washer and dryer were top-notch. Plenty of nice, big TVs throughout the house. Check in was a breeze. Jason was very responsive to all of my communications. There are some maintenance issues with the back deck and yard that need to be taken care of and these were communicated to Jason. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would book again.

Jason was very helpful during our stay! We loved the layout of the home, as it allowed our teen boys to have their own living space, and the couches are super comfy! The backyard was great for the dogs, too!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at the house! There were just a couple little things that went wrong. There wasn’t a blow dryer as advertised and we didn’t bring one. We had an issue with figuring out the shower, but finally figured it out. No big deal, but maybe a note in the manual would be helpful. And I’d say the back yard could use a little love. Deck boards are falling apart - cushions on the patio furniture are in need of replacing. The fire pit would be nice if there was maybe a stack of wood and a fire starter and a lighter. The hammock was really old and very dirty. Needed replaced. Overall Jason had a very quick response when we had questions! We appreciated that! The beds were very comfy! None of these things put a damper on our trip, we actually enjoyed the neighborhood! Just a few thoughts on making the place a smig more welcoming!

Perfect location

Our stay was just wonderful! Everything was exactly as pictured and the house was well stocked. The beds were super comfortable and it was plenty warm enough in the home. The location couldn't be beat. We were just minutes from everything we wanted to check out and all the restaurants we wanted to eat at. Hoping to come back when the weather is warmer so we can use the gorgeous backyard

Comfortable, Clean, and Convenient

We really loved staying here. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. It was nice having TVs in the bedrooms too. The transition strip on the floor when you first come in needs to be replaced. I did cut my foot on it, but otherwise we would love to go back. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and allowed an early check in.

Beautiful Home and Responsive Owner

We had stayed here before when moving to the area and got the pleasure of staying again as we moved out. The house is lovely with comfortable beds, a nicely stocked kitchen, and a responsive and kind owner! Highly recommend, especially if you have pets too!

Wonderful House

This was the third time that we stayed at this house. Our son’s family moved to Fuquay Varina and we wanted to find a place to be comfortable. When possible other family members join us. All of the bedrooms are very accommodating. The house is very clean and feels like our home away from home.

I'm originally from Everglades City Florida but I've lived and worked in several different places. To name a few, I've lived in Naples FL, Tampa FL, Cleveland TN, Boston MA, West Palm Beach FL and we recently moved from Ft. Lauderdale FL to Holly Springs NC in order for my children to experience the great school systems that Wake county has to offer.

Feel free to leave your dog crate at home because we have a custom Dog crate in the family room that can be used for two pets with a separation divider or simply remove the divider and have one large crate for your pet.

Brand New Washer and Dryer in home.

We have converted our garage into a home gym and exercise room with a mounted smart tv to enjoy while you exercise.

Enjoy a complementary hot cup of coffee or coco on our back porch with a beautiful view of a tree line and fall leaves.

Each Bed is a gel-infused memory foam mattress combined with gel infused foam which is designed to draw heat away from your body for a more comfortable nights sleep.

All beds and pillow cases are lined with a Hypoallergenic Waterproof Protector that protects against dust mites, fluids, urine, perspiration and allergens which is great for those with kids, pets allergies asthma, eczema or incontinence.

After each guest stay we have a verified professional cleaning company that comes in for a deep cleaning and sanitation. They will wash all bedding and linens, sanitize and clean the entire home.

All Rooms are equipped with a fire blanket that can be used to extinguish small fires or wrap around your body to prevent burns in the event a fire occurs.

Fire Extinguishers located in kitchen and upstairs common area.
