Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room and privacy.
This beautiful modern ranch house is sitting in 3 acres of land, great location! Is close to Jordan lake and also close to downtown apex
This house has everything you need for a nice stay. We have equipped the house with essentials you may need such as utensils and cooking pans cups and plates etc.
Bathrooms are also equipped with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash etc. The area is very safe and quiet.
Beautiful 1 story home very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 game room is very spacious and convenient. We have 5 beds 4 full size 1 king size.
2 full size beds in each bedroom. In the master bedroom we have a big king size
bed. each bedroom has their own tv and desktop and chair.

3 full badrooms and a big kitchen and living room with reclining couches and a big smart tv we also have a game room with a hockey table that can also be a ping pong 🏓 table. and very spacious back yard with a propane firepit

Plenty or parking space! This house is sitting on 3 acres of land :)

The house was just what we needed for a two- week stay that included a Christmas gathering of our family as well as the birth of our grandson 3 days later. Proximity to the hospital and to the home of our daughter was important, but I must say the house itself was exactly what we had hoped - spacious, very clean, and well furnished; it has a comfortable great room with plenty of seating (including 4 recliners!), very nice beds and bedding, good kitchen, lots of room for socializing while still providing separate spaces for privacy when desired. The 6-year old in our family enjoyed the game room and backyard play area (briefly, due to the weather!). We also appreciated the bottle of wine and cookies that greeted us upon arrival. Definitely one of the best rental experiences in our years of happy travels with VRBO.

Great house for large family!

Great location, nice open floor plan and tons of great outdoor space! Kids loved the game room with air hockey and video game console. Home had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay! We had a large family in town and it was perfect for hosting them!

Good getaway home!

Overall, the property is as advertised. The home is well decorated and very relaxing. My elderly parents and in-laws felt very comfortable in the homeand it met our needs spot on.

Went down to fish the local lakes with friends and we were totally impressed with the house, land and location. If we go back again I am going to try and get this location again.

Beautiful clean house. The backyard patio area has been improved since the photos were taken. It’s even better! Not too far from stores, etc. But far enough to enjoy the outdoors & peace & quiet. While there is construction next door, it did not interfere with the tranquility of this property.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I came to the area for a disc golf tournament/anniversary trip. The house was perfect, quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes from anywhere we needed to go, very close to Raleigh as well. Apex was a great town with lots to do and see. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio, setting up a screen and using it as our movie room for the week. We would definitely return!

Spacious, Nice Home

We enjoyed our three nights in this nice, modern home. The spacious kitchen counter was a wonderful gathering Place and it was adjacent to the large living room. The TVs and programming options worked very well and we found the location convenient for our activities. This is a very usable, modern home that will likely not disappoint. We would stay here again.
