L'appartement de la rue Amelot se situe dans une cour privée, arborée et sans voitures. Calme et verdure sont assurés. Il dispose de 2 chambres + 1 mezzanine et est tout équipé pour recevoir jusqu'à 5 personnes. Il est au 3eme étage sous les toits (personne au dessus mais il peut y faire chaud l'été !), sans ascenseur.
De nombreux commerces, restaurants, bars et créateurs tout autour.
Le métro St Sebastien Froissart est a 2 mn et permet d'accéder à tous les sites culturels trÚs rapidement.
Possibilité de se rendre à pied à Notre Dame, Beaubourg, les quais de Seine, L'ile St Louis ...

Lovely large apartment in a great location. Really peaceful albeit in an area with lots of amenities close by.Very comfy sofas and beds which were ideal after a busy day sightseeing. Carole is lovely host.

Family stay in Paris

Lovely apartment within an historic building in the 11th district. From the start communication with the property manger, Carole, was excellent. She was extremely helpful throughout our stay, recommending places to visit and eat and was on hand if we needed anything. The apartment itself accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Its location was perfect with the metro station a couple of minutes walk away. There are plenty of cafe bars and restaurants within easy walk and a supermarket 2/3 minutes walk also.

Amazing apartment, great location and host

This is an amazing and very quiet apartment in a great part of Paris. Host, Carole was fantastic, even waiting for us as we were late to check in!She explained everything in the apartment and gave some great recommendations of eateries, supermarkets and sights in the local area.Very close to 2 metro stations, getting around was easy to all the major sites around Paris.We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable.Would definitely recommend and stay here again.Thanks Carole!

Fabulous state in Paris

Great location and the host was very helpful, polite, and always available. Easy walk-through metro, and close enough to tourist attractions If you wanna walk or take a morning run. Would definitely stay here again.

Short Paris break

Very safe location, top floor traditional flat, ideal place from which to explore Le Marais and the area just north east of the 5th arondissement, i.e. the 3rd, 4th, 10th and 11th. Metro stop is 1 minute walk away.

Perfect apartment for active family of 4

My family of 4, including two high schoolers, had a wonderful stay at this 11th arrondissement apartment. Carole was a great host - very responsive and easy to communicate with through Whatsapp. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. The surrounding area is a vibrant community. There are a number of boulangeries and grocery stores in the area to pick up supplies. The weather was gorgeous during our stay, and everyone was out enjoying the warmth and sunshine- I would highly recommend walking along the St. Martin Canal in the evening to people watch. As others have mentioned, there are a number of stairs up to the apartment, as well as narrow stairway up to the bedrooms - this was not a problem for us, but if you have any sort of difficulty with stairs, this apartment may not be a good fit for you. We took the metro to and from CDG airport with no problem, as well as around the City, out to Versailles and Fontainebleau palace. There is also a bus stop near the apartment that we took once. We also walked a lot (30k steps per day) and being a little out of the City center was perfect for us.

Wonderful apartment, location, and host!

My family of 5 loved the chic apartment and the location was amazing, with lots of great dining, shopping, and transportation options nearby. Carole is a very generous and warm host and immediately responsive to any communication. She could not be more accommodating and provided lots of great recommendations.

Great Apartment in great location

We had a fantastic stay in this clean, modern and light filled apartment. Carole, our host, took great care of us and was responsive to our requests - even helped to organise Taxi’s to the airport. The apartment was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of six. The location was brilliant too. Central location but not overly touristy. A market down the road on Thursday and Sunday and lots of nice places to eat, drink, and shop. We hope to back one day.

Great Location

Awesome location, very close to many restaurants and sights. Very central to many different metro lines. A little warm as it’s a 3rd floor apartment in the summer but there are several fans for comfort! Thank you for a great stay!

Loved our stay!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, metro station very close. It's in a beautiful courtyard, we always felt safe. Carole was an amazing host. Would definitely recommend! Just keep in mind it is on th third floor, but it was no issue for us as the weather was mild. Merci Carole!❀

First Time in Paris

I felt like I was actually in Paris in this apartment which is what I wanted and it suited us perfectly. We felt very safe and had an added bonus of a plant based coffee shop around the corner for me! The whole area was lovely to walk around and had easy access to the metro when needed. Carol is amazing and you couldn't ask for a more attentive, knowledgeable, lovely lady where nothing is too much to trouble. She sorted out an error I made without a second thought. Huge thanks for making it so special.

3 nights in Paris

Carole was a stunning host. She greeted us when we arrived (even helped carry the littles luggage up the stairs) and was very responsive throughout the entire stay. She accommodated a late check in and check out without hassle. The neighborhood was nice and we felt comfortable walking/dinning and experiencing Paris with our entire family.

Fabulous apartment in great location

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is as described, it has a homely feel and is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring. The tube station is only minutes away with lots of shops and restaurants close by. There was almost too much choice on where to eat. Carole is a super attentive host. Would highly recommend 😃

Perfect place

Our family of 4 (mom, dad + 2 children 18 and 20 y/o) had the best time. The location is incredible. Close to restaurants, bars, market, metro, literally everything is around the corner. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped with all the necessities. And Carole is a wonderful host. We will be back! Nous avons retourné!!

Great home base for family visit to Paris

Beautiful Parisian apartment and nice location. It was a great for a home base to explore Paris. We were travelling with a 7 month old and two other adults and this place was a really nice spot to be able to see and walk Paris but also comfortable for making meals and spend time at the apartment. Lots of great restaurants and places to walk nearby. Carole shared with us some nice advice and suggestions too.

First stop Paris

We had 4 days to spend in Paris and Carole’s place was perfect. Plenty of room for all 5 of us. We lucked out with weather. Temperature was comfortable. The flat is quiet, safe and everyone was friendly. Plenty of conveniences close by. Cafe’s, bakeries, market, shopping 
 We walked everywhere or used Lime Bikes. Carole was always quick to respond and helpful with all of our questions and needs! We would 100% stay here again!

Absolutely perfect for any Paris stay!

My husband and I brought our five and seven year old sons and my mom to Paris. This apartment is bright, airy and spacious enough for us to all have our own space. Carole has fully stocked the place for easy cooking and has enough towels and linens for everyone. The location is perfect if you want a nice quiet place to stay that is away from tourists, but super easy to walk or take public transportation to all the tourist destinations. We walked to Notre Dame and joined our hop on/off tour from there. There are multiple grocery stores, mini marts, bars, and restaurants within a five-minute walk. Carole is an amazing hostess! She’s super responsive, helpful, kind, and communicative. As long as this place is available, this will be my go-to place to stay!

Great location, comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Paris. Having been to Paris before, we didn’t expect air conditioning and knew from the listing there was none. When in Paris, it’s normal not to have A/C so that wasn’t a big deal to us. We were only really hot in the evenings when it was over thirty Celsius during the day, the other nights we were fine. The bedrooms were sparse but clean. The mattress in the master bedroom (the one with the bathtub) was very soft which isn’t our preference, kind of like a hammock feeling. There was good storage in the master bedroom but the second bedroom storage was very full so no room to store your own clothes. The bathrooms are modern and clean as well. The kitchen is small but serviceable for light meals like breakfasts and snacks and has a dishwasher. There was some missing cutlery but Carole said she would be addressing that. The last thing you need to know before booking this property is it’s not quite as spacious as the pictures make it seem. That is the biggest reason for not giving it five stars because we really did enjoy our stay but the arrival was a bit of a letdown. We aren’t used to metric descriptions of square meters so we’re expecting slightly bigger or had envisioned it bigger. Really we should have looked into that more. For the five of us it was enough space but the second bedroom was a bit tight with three staying in it with all their stuff and little storage. The owner, Carole, was extremely accommodating. Five stars for her! Great communication, reaching out when we hadn’t been in touch to see if we needed anything. I really appreciated her kindness. I would recommend staying here for groups of up to four, and not with little kids because the stairs are very steep.
