You have your own private boat slip behind the complex, complete with running water, electricity, a fish cleaning station and even a locked storage room available for your equipment. Plus, the marina/convenience store is close by for all your last minute needs. The canal and boat slip average 9-13 ft deep water and it’s only a 5 minute boat ride to the gulf before you’re on open water.

After a fun-filled day at the beach or fishing, cool off at the pool, work on a puzzle or watch the sunset from the balcony.
