Beach & Location are Great. Condo was in need of updates, paint, amenities. Beds were comfortable. Nosy Neighbors who indicated that they were watching cameras.

You will NOT be welcomed here!

My husband and I and our two friends(all in our 40’s) planned a nice get away only to find out we were not welcomed from the second we stepped on the property. Unfortunately, other owners that live on the property are not the ones to exchange a friendly hello. Their doors were left open to watch our every move . We received glares from the balcony every time we stepped outside. One woman in particular made it clear that breathing on the property was a crime . It wasn’t until we had to threaten calling the police for harassment that we finally had some privacy. Never was I expecting that. The pool was the meeting ground for the bitter women on the property so we did not dare attempt to use it. The condo we rented was ok just outdated. Drawers smell a little funny, beds are old and not so comfortable. The one bedroom had a great ocean view and plenty of space for your belongings. Other room needs some lights, better curtains and a mirror. Bathroom light was broken. Faucet in tub was completely disconnected from the wall. Living room was nice with very comfortable furniture. Overall I would not go again or recommend this place unless you have some connection to one of the live in owners. Outsiders are not welcome in their “click.” We paid a lot of money just to feel uncomfortable our entire trip.

Nice set up, but had some maintenance issues

The set up was nice and condo stocked well, but there were some major maintenance issues. Hardly any plugs worked, the hot water wasn't "hot", the drain wouldn't drain (garbage disposal didn't work), the lights flickered in the bathroom, and 2 days before we left the dishwasher quit. We called maintenance on the drain, hot water and dishwasher. He was able to fix the drain, but that was it.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying in the condo. It was right on the beach and has all the amenity as we have at home. I would rent again.

Lots of Pros & Cons

Pros: The location of this condo is amazing! It is located directly on the beach. The beach is beautiful and clean. The furnishings inside are comfortable and a good size for the location. The location is quiet and seemed very safe. The condo was clean and organized. The beds are comfortable and the living room space is great. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a rinse off area by the pool to wash of feet, chairs, etc. which is nice! Cons: There is only 1 parking space and it is a TIGHT space. This is very difficult if traveling with family with more than 1 vehicle. If you park another vehicle there - even if there is extra space, it will get towed. You must use the key to enter and exit the property to the beach, so if one family member goes back to shower or whatever, nobody else can go back until they return with the key. Your are basically stuck on the beach until the family member returns with the key. The refrigerator seal is loose, so we had to put a chair against it to keep it closed completely. You must bring your own beach towels, chairs, etc. as there are not any provided. There is only 1 full bathroom - not 2, so be aware of that as the advertisement says 2. There was a smoke smell when we entered, but it went away. It may have been from the previous guests or the housekeeping staff.

SUCH A AMAZING STAY!

Such a beautiful place right on the beach. It was clean spacious and beautiful 2 Large bedrooms and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, which was so convenient. The pool wasnt ever too busy and the beach is literally right out the door. Such a short walk or uber ride to anywhere youd want to be. 10/10 would recommend, cant wait to come back.

Off my list of future rentals

Checkin time is not until 4pm, when we arrived the previous renters had left it trashed and the the cleaning person was still there so I had to wait for her to finish. Since I had driven and had been awake for over 24 hrs this was not acceptable. You are assigned only 1 parking spot (that was occupied when I arrived) so if you are traveling in separate cars you are screwed. We had to park the second car at the grocery store and pray it didn’t get towed. Was listed as having 2 bathrooms but it is only 1 1/2 bath. You only get one key for room, pool and to the beach and most of the time it wouldn’t work and you would have to wait for someone to open pool & beach gates. If you are traveling as a group 1 key is extremely in convenient! I will be be taking this off my list for future rental possibilities.

After your registration is confirmed you will learn that it has 1.5 baths instead of the advertised 2. You will also learn that parking is for 1 vehicle. Need to park another car...good luck. We were towed. Moved in and the place was a mess...had not been cleaned. Dirty sheets, towels, and feces on the toilet seat. Enjoy.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here! The place was very clean and cozy. Beds super comfy. Well stocked kitchen-only thing missing was a blender. The only issues was the dressers were very musty smelling we couldn't use them. We would recommend to anyone and stay here again!
