Oceanfront Condo, with Wrap Around Balcony & Ocean Views from every room

Welcome to the Morning Sunrise at the Horizons! We truly believe this is the most beautiful and well positioned condo in Daytona Beach! The reason we feel that way is the fact each bedroom is directly on the ocean and even standing in the kitchen is oceanview. This wonderful condo has a southern exposure to view Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, the famous Daytona Pier, and if you're lucky a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Sunrises are Spectatular and always different!!! Wonderful memories are made right on the wrap around balcony before ever stepping foot on the beautiful white sand.

The two large bedrooms each have kingsize beds and there is a pull out sofa bed in living room. There are TV's in every room with cable TV and access to your favorite streaming channels.
There are only 4 units on each of the 19 floors of the building and each floor has its own washer and dryer.
You have access to all our wonderful amenities which include a large pool, barbecue area with grills and tables for your dining pleasure, gated beach access, well equipped exercise room, sauna with shower, and underground designated parking where you will find beach chairs, mats etc for your use. Bring your clothes as we provide all sheets, towels, beach towels and anything else we can think of to make your stay enjoyable and easy! Anything you might need is only blocks away such as restaurants, movies, groceries, drug store, amusement parks, and the Famous Daytona Speedway is only a 15 minute drive.

**********************************************our building,is currently under construction. The Unit is completed with new windows and sliding glass doors! The balconies are available however we are not allowed to have permanent furniture but we do provide chairs so our tenants can enjoy the balcony . There could be noise depending how on how close the work is to our unit on the dates of the booking. Update: As of March construction work has moved to the 5th floor and below. We are on 15. Please inquire with host for details *******************************************

Our stay at Horizon was awesome! The room was clean and was nicer than what I thought I had booked. The views from the room was excellent and the condo s location was exactly what we were looking for. Hopefully we will get to stay here again!

Our stay in our room with Mr. Paul was a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and spacious and meet everyone of our needs for vacation and then some. Every room was fully equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and beach supplies available to use while you're here as well. Both bathrooms were fully stocked with towels, washcloths and both body and hand soap. Aside from the room, the condo building itself was a secure place and every outside door was locked with a key lock.

This condo is everything the pictures promised it would be! We enjoyed our stay. The sunrises over the ocean are beautiful from the balcony!! And the city view towards the river on the other part of the balcony was nice too! The beach chairs and boogie boards and sand toys provided for guests was awesome! Even with the construction workers at 8am during the week, we still had very little noise…very peaceful!

Spacious and clean with everything we needed. TVs are small, 24 inch and living room remote did not work to change channels. Water pressure in kitchen and guest bath low but other than that, the condo and the view are great and had a great vacation.

We wish you reached out regarding changing the channel, a simple reboot of the cable box resolved it in 2 minutes. Great property, very clean, everything you could need in unit, awesome view,. If you want a relaxing place that’s quiet and not crowded this is your place. Only thing I would change is a bigger t v, but not a problem!

This property has a beautiful ocean view from the 15th floor! We saw dolphins and one of the rocket launches from the deck. Although a bit dated in decor, it adds to the charm. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need. Not the owners fault, but there was construction noise during the week. Any issues I had, I worked through with the owner. He was responsive. I would stay her again!

I have a 4 star only due to construction. The windows had a film and we could hardly see out of them. Would have been better if we could due to how cold it was. Overall a lovely place to stay!

Thanks for review and positive comment about our unit. The building has requested we leave the translucent film on the outside glass until the balcony is painted. Although the balcony is fully available to enjoy we understand it was cold and although the film is see through it’s not as optimal. Thanks for choosing the Morning Sunrise Condo!

Nice clean rooms, with a beachy theme vibe. Nicely located by the ocean. Kitchen very clean and stocked with many kitchen appliances for all your cooking preferences. Felt safe and secure with locked entrances and gates. Was nice to park in the underground parking garage and use all the necessary items for the beach. Was a great getaway stay! The only complaint I had was there is still construction being done to the building so it starts getting noisy outside between 7:30-8 AM and is noisy for the day. There is a film over all the windows so the beautiful view of the ocean from the windows is obscured, which is the reason why I paid for a ocean view room. Since the building is under construction, you couldn't be out on the balcony either. Overall a nice place to stay though. I would stay here again when the remodeling has been completed.

Many problems with construction. Paul did his best to accommodate us. Even switching to another unit. But eventually we moved to a different location and he refunded our balance! The units were a bit dated.

Love love love this condo and view!!! It was perfect for our family. We love that the kitchen is stocked with all you need to whip up meals! Our fourth year at this property and we absolutely enjoy every minute of it! See you next year!thanks for another successful family vacay!
