Kai Ki Villa is a newly completed luxury vacation villa located in Ocho Rios, Jamaica! This breathtaking vacation home boasts nine bedrooms, multiple indoor and outdoor dining and entertainment spaces, a movie theater, private gym, games room and a large swimming pool with hot tub that overlooks the Caribbean Sea.
Kai Ki is the perfect blend of Contemporary and Caribbean architecture and is designed to ensure the most exquisite, relaxing, and entertaining experience for our guest.

On entry, this breathtaking vacation home gives you instant and wide views of the Caribbean space with expertly-designed and decorated entertaining and relaxing areas – from the 16-seater indoor dining table to the gazebo that can comfortably entertain a group of up to 25 persons.

The home boasts nine bedrooms, multiple indoor and outdoor dining and entertainment spaces, a movie theater, a private gym, a games room and a large swimming pool with hot tub that overlooks the Caribbean Sea. Eating options range from dining on the outdoor gazebo overlooking the ocean to the large 16-seater dining table for the most sophisticated, yet relaxing of dining experiences.

The home is the perfect blend of Contemporary and Caribbean architecture and is designed to ensure the most exquisite, relaxing, and entertaining experience for our guest.

Kai Ki Villa has a staff complement of seven consisting of an Executive Chef, sous chef, two butlers, housekeeping, and twenty-four-hour security. Our expertly trained team will serve your every need to ensure that your vacation is superior to any other.

Our Thanksgiving Family vacation

Our stay at Kia Ki was amazing. The staff were great. Our butlers Nicholas & Orval made sure that everyone was enjoying themselves. Our chefs were fantastic as the food was amazing. We have been booking our Thanksgiving vacation at homes on a beach for nearly 15 years and all family members agreed that this year was the best property we have ever booked.

A Vacation to Remember!

The Kai Ki Villa experience begins before you arrive at the property. As a planner, with a takeover spirit, I was nervous things wouldn’t go as planned. However, not one detail was missed. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, and the grounds are immaculate. Ten guests with different personalities and varying likes/dislikes managed to experience the beach, game room, media room, pool and hot tub uninterrupted if they chose to do so. There was also plenty of room to come together for game night, speakers to accommodate our impromptu performances and dance competitions, quiet space for yoga and outdoor seating areas to unwind while listening to the waves. We chose the turnkey food and beverage option, sticking with mostly Jamaican cuisine to immerse ourselves in the culture. Chef Nicoy and Chef Austin wowed us with every meal! This was no small feat since we had a mixed bag of eaters. The only dietary restriction I specified was vegetarian. Everyone else, whether omnivore, carnivore, pescetarian, etc. enjoyed the food as prepared. If you are on the fence about choosing this option, take the leap. You won't regret it. Adrien, Danielle and Jessica, thanks for your patience. Orville, Nicholas (Nic), Chef Nicoy, Chef Austin, Rose, Tasha and Chevon, we are forever grateful for your kindness, caring nature and fun-loving spirits. Thank you all for making us feel like family and allowing us to experience what I can only refer to as God’s grace personified.

Amazing time

The staff at Kai Ki Villa is top notch. Everyone exceeded expectations. My goodness, we couldn’t have imagined a better stay. Everything was 10/10 from the food, to the experience, to the hospitality and not to mention the villa is heaven. We will definitely be back! Thanks for an amazing experience.

Best vacation ever

The property was absolutely gorgeous!! We had a private beach which we all loved. The staff was top notch. They were so friendly and engaging and took care of us as if we were royalty. Food was delicious!! Can’t to come back!!

Amazing Family Celebration

Our family traveled to Jamaica for a holiday celebration. The moment we stepped into Kai Ki Villa, our amazing vacation began. The villa is beautiful, and every room has an incredible view. The new beach area is quiet and peaceful, and we found the snorkeling to be better than on our catamaran tour. The vacation was enhanced by the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The chefs prepared exquisite meals every day that everyone could enjoy! Our family travels to a new place every year and this was one of our best experiences.

Four Generations of Fun

We couldn’t have felt more spoiled! Lovely house! We took our 4 daughters, their spouses, 5 grandchildren and my mother for a week there. We used all of the 9 bedrooms and loved that each had its own bathroom. The game room and movie room got well used, and the pool was great for the kids of all ages. It had a large 1 foot area for the little ones, and a big 4 ft area for games and floats. The beach was a hot walk away. It was not the prettiest beach, but we used the snorkel equipment and were pleasantly surprised. Very easy for kids to see fish, and adults swam around to far side of the reef for better snorkeling. Not bad for a 7-10 minute walk. Everyone agreed the staff were wonderful. We ate all our meals there for the week. The chefs were very accommodating and served lots of local flavors. The butlers kept us very comfortable. They were always around for with a drink, a chair, or help. We didn’t clean a dish or make a bed all week. We would certainly recommend the house and hope to return!

Family reunion

Can't say enough about how stunning and comfortable Kai Ki Villa is. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Truly a perfect location for our family reunion. Adrien and staff did a wonderful job putting together a special dinner/DJ for my husband's birthday and also in scheduling a boat ride and dolphin excursion. Would stay here again :)
