Welcome to our fabulous 3 story townhome! We have a top notch place for you to stay in and it's walking distance to the best places to eat, drink and be merry in downtown Chattanooga.

Our 3 story townhome is laid out as follows, you enter on the first floor which is a well appointed living room and half a bath. You will immediately notice the 10' ft ceilings and how wonderfully airy it is. You will also notice that this place is brand new! There's a large smart tv for your enjoyment and also a sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress so say goodbye to the uncomfortable rails in your back and sleep like a baby in this top of the line amenity we've provided. On the 2nd floor is a great fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook if you choose. It's absolutely gorgeous and has top of the line appliances and cookware. There's also a smaller tv mounted directly above the unique dining table so you can catch up on all the latest events while you eat. This floor also holds the top of the line stackable washer and dryer and the essentials needed to go with it. You also have the iron and ironing board located in this utility space.

Head up the stairs to your open concept master suite and full luxurious bathroom.
We have top of the line linens for the bed and the bathroom You also will sleep on your large California king bed with no money spared on this fabulous mattress. You will also enjoy a large smart tv on this level as well. Get all the morning news while you get ready for the day. Feel like you are on top of it all and sit out on one of 2 balconies this unit has to offer. If you are an early morning riser grab you a cup of coffee and sit out on your balcony and watch the city come to life.

This was a great spot! Close to restaurants and many fun things to do. The accommodations were perfect and looked just like the pictures. Loved the comfy bed, nice kitchen, and provided parking spot.

Great Location

Initially surprised by the stairs and three story unit, overall was very pleased. Comfortable, great location (walk to coffee and great food) and easy to park and get around. Hope to stay again next November.

We stayed at this property for a college visit for our daughter. Excellent location! Great food options and easy walking distance to the college and downtown. (Approx 10-15 minutes) Enjoyed our stay! We would definitely recommend.

I loved this property! It is 3 stories so we got some good steps in 😃 our A/C/heat stopped working and Tina called me to help walk me through resetting the unit and getting it to work. She was very helpful and quick to respond. We walked to dinner somewhere different each night. Great location. We'd stay here again for sure if we came back to Chattanooga!

Great downtown location

At 1st, it seems like it's not close to much, but it is...lots of great restaurants and bars in walking distance. Downtown Chattanooga is a lot if fun! This condo is brand new, so clean and very well equipped. 3 stories ensures you get your excercise!

Stay was nice

The listing was as described. This was a nice stay for my 40th birthday. The location always felt safe. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Aquarium is 5 minute drive away. There are a lot of stairs in the unit so be prepared. Master bathroom could be cleaned better, floor did not appear to have been swept or mopped. Overall nice stay. Would rent this again.

Best of both worlds

Our family of 3 with a teenage son found this apartment comfortable and accommodating for the two nights we visited. We had room to stretch out and enjoy private spaces but yet congregate for meals that we chose to prepare and watch movies. We were also close enough to give us access to the Tennessee river for our son’s regatta without having to worry about parking since we could walk to the event. It was a 2 mile healthy walk but the weather was more than conducive and there were plenty of less crowded places for dinner near the apartment.

Modern Get Away

“The Nest” is located in downtown Chattanooga, convenient to grocery stores, wonderful restaurants, and a walkable neighborhood. The townhouse is well-appointed and comfortable. It has nice Mountain view’s from the second and third floor balconies. It was super clean and was decorated very nicely. My interactions with the host were accommodating, professional and immediately addressed. Will hopefully have an opportunity to stay again next time I visit my daughter in Chattanooga.

Home away from home

My boyfriend and I truly enjoyed first time visit to Chattanooga. The townhouse was fully stocked and exactly as advertised. It was a short walk away from several bars and restaurants, and a short drive away from Ruby Falls, Rock City, and other touristy places of interest. We would have preferred that the water pressure was higher, and that the mattress on the bed was firmer, but it wasn’t enough ruin our stay. Check in and check out was easy and straightforward. We will definitely consider staying here again when we’re back in Chattanooga.

Overall, a great place.

We loved almost everything about this unit. We loved the layout and the fact that so many breweries and restaurants were within walking distance. The only thing I would say is that I wish we had brought ear plugs and eye masks. The area was really loud overnight - many fire department runs and engines revving. Then in the morning, the sun and the nearby construction wake you up around 6:30. We bought ear plugs and eye masks the next day and slept well our second night. Knowing this, we would definitely stay here again.

Cute Airbnb !

The place is decorated very well and it was clean and stocked. The bed was very comfortable, I actually noted the mattress and pillow so I can possibly purchase it ! The sunsets from balcony was beautiful. The location was great, close to a lot of great restaurants, cafes and bars.This was our first visit to Chattanooga but we fell in love with the town and will be back! The few negatives: first, LOTS OF STAIRS! The place is 3 stories so it's a trip if you forget something in the bedroom lol. Water pressure in the shower could be improved, but it was ok. Also on the last day when I tried to close the curtains on the bedroom balcony door , the whole thing came off the wall and pole cut my hand open pretty bad. The rod was screwed into the wall without any anchors and I found a screw on the floor day before but didn't realize it had fallen off the rod. The host was very accomodating and took care of it promptly.

Sheila although I appreciate the nice things you had to say about our beautiful place I do need to address some things. First, the unit is advertised as a 3 story unit so that definitely indicated that there are steps in the unit. I would have thought that since you were there for a fitness competition that wouldn’t have been a problem? Let’s touch on the mess made from the use of the self tanners used. The beautiful white and blue comforter seen in the pictures ended up with shams that had that stuff all over them and it will probably never come out. All things white that came in contact with that stuff will not be the same. We have very simple check out procedures for our guests and they only take a second. During these changing times when everyone is doing their part to help us all stay safe you chose to walk out, lock the door, and do none of them. Very disappointed you wouldn’t follow simple check out info and that you ruined some things with your self tanners! G@

Good Place for an Efficient Trip

A friend of mine and I were competing in the Chattanooga 70.3 over the weekend, and we needed a comfortable place to stay close to downtown. This little one bedroom studio townhouse was good for this. The checkin process was simple and easy. Having a designated parking spot made getting in and out very smooth. There were quite a few excellent restaurants within walking distance downtown was less than a 5 minute drive. The only drawbacks were an issue with the air conditioners and road noise. They are wall mounted units with an external compressor on one of the balconies. On the second day, they stopped working. It took me a while to find the instructions from the owner, and we were using them as directed. Thankfully, it was cool enough in the evening to keep the windows open. You can hear all of the cars and emergency vehicles go by even with the windows closed. It was not too loud if accustomed to it.

Has potential but needs a little love and care

On arrival, we found bedding on the floor and cleaning process not complete. We were 30 minutes early. We left the property for 2 hours and came back and all was done. Washing machine detergent draw was filthy with a mold like substance. We had to clean before use. Snacks in kitchen were all well past the sell by date. Found someone in the assigned space the next day requiring another call to to property manager. Next, the kitchen AC unit was leaking, down the wall onto the floor. Looks like its done this before as stains existed. Another call the the property manager and told to turn off, they would get someone in. No one came to repair, we had to leave the unit off. Other than all that, the home was good, parking good. Make sure you like stairs, you will be going up and down a lot :)
