Your whole group will enjoy convenient access to so many parts of Chattanooga from this centrally located home in North Chattanooga! Walking distance to Coolidge Park, Northshore amenities, and Publix grocery store
walking back is up hill, but after a great meal, it is necessary!

Just a short drive across the bridge (or a great walk for enthusiasts) to downtown and all it offers
aquariums, art museum, restaurants, ball park, trail of tears memorial, sculpture gardens, hiking and biking trails!!

Enjoy your coffee on the front porch or the back deck! Kitchen is fully stocked for stay at home cooking . Newly furnished with ultra comfy beds, silky linens, and fluffy pillows. Leave your supplies at home
we offer towels, shampoos, body wash, soaps, toilet tissue, Kleenex, make up removers, coffee, creamers, and sugars!

While we do love dogs, we ask that they not be allowed on the furniture or beds! If they are bed sleepers, please bring an extra blanket or sheet for them to rumble in!! All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to booking; $25 pet fee applies.

We have the house sprayed quarterly for the famous chattanooga bugs! We are near the river and the woods and all houses in N Chatt will have the occasional visitors. Be assured, we do our best to have your stay be free of pests!!

Exactly as listed. Basically two living spaces. Perfect for 2 couples or kids downstairs

Everything was perfect! I love that there was makeup remover items and toiletries. I accidentally forgot some of mine and I was so happy I didn’t have to stress to find some. We definitely will be staying here again.

Our stay at "top of the hill" in North Chattanooga was perfect. We experienced very prompt and thoughtful communication during booking and providing property details. The home was spotless with kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry all stocked for upcoming needs. The location was in quiet convenient neighborhood with access to all that Chattanooga offers, easily exploring the north shore, downtown and beyond. The kitchen, dining room and living room were well equipped and very comfortable for sharing meals and relaxing in front of large television. The set up with 1 bedroom/bath on the main floor and a second bedroom/bath on the lower level provided the perfect amount of privacy and separation for multigenerational family members/couples. I hope to stay here again on our next visit to Chattanooga.

Clean, comfortable, convenient

This property provided perfect lodging for my colleague and me during a conference at the Chattanooga Convention Center, just a short drive away. The house was clean, well stocked, and sufficiently roomy. The beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Great location on northshore

We loved our stay at this cute home in Chattanooga’s northshore area. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. The location was perfect for us - walking distance to shops, restaurants, Coolidge Park, and downtown. Be prepared for the hills.

Quaint home with everything you need

We had two “kids” and two adults as well as our pup. We were very comfortable during our stay and really loved the home. I am kind of a clean freak and would’ve liked the bathroom to be cleaned a little more in places like under the sink and the grout, but that is truly my only complaint which isn’t even a complaint, I’m probably just extra sensitive to the dust! I liked the location as it was nearby everything and easy to find. Do beware it’s really only a one car parking spot especially if you have a bigger car. Otherwise you will have to park in front of the home, on the road. We come to Chatt often to visit our sister who is in college and would definitely stay here again. (:

Chattanooga hilltop hideaway

Loved our stay here. Two bedrooms two bathrooms and a clean space to hang out after having fun in the city. Didn't walk up that hill because we could drive. Great location and lots of fun.

The location in the North Shore neighborhood makes it a short drive to most sights, as well as restaurants I prefer. The house was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The off-street parking was a nice benefit. The host was very easy to communicate with. This is one of the better Vrbo properties I have stayed at; might be a 3rd visit in my future!

Great place. Spacious, clean, and homie. Cathy was amazing. She was very prompt with a couple of inquiries we had. All the little details made the stay wonderful and comfortable. We couldn’t bring our pet, but the place had everything we could have in mind for a furry friend! Thank you for having us!

Fantastic!

The house was exactly as it was when viewing photos on VRBO. The location was AMAZING! 10 minute drive to downtown Chattanooga! The host was very responsive to my inquiries! I stayed with my girlfriend I've known for over 40 years for a girl's trip! We had a wonderful time! I would stay there again! Recommend it 10/10!!! It was perfect!
