THE PROPERTY

Lavish new sofa and sitting chair set in front of a large flat-screen smart TV. Log on to Wi-Fi, watch cable, access streaming platforms like Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, Hulu, and many more. If you must work, do so comfortably at two separate office desks.

Recently remodeled kitchen equipped with new appliances. Our lanai is srceened-in and offers a pub table and mini sofa. You can grill out on the conveniently located grills next to the pier. Enjoy the chickee hut which offers seating, ice machine, water, restrooms. (Located next to tennis courts by the pier).

We have a spacious master bedroom with queen bed, new linens and flat screen smart TV. Walk out to the lanai or watch the sun rise from the master bedroom. The second bedroom has two new single beds and flat screen TV.

We have a Property Manager and SSN has a Mon-Fri Property Manager to assist with any concerns during your stay. Also, you will be able to contact us directly as we want to be involved so that everything is perfect.

Newer washer and dryer conveniently located just off the kitchen. Your unit is fully stocked with linens, bath towels and beach towels, as well as use of our tennis and pickle ball rackets. An ice machine is located just down the hall. Ample parking is included within this secure gated community. However, NO PETS or SMOKING (designated areas) are permitted within the community.
