The balcony was wonderful to sit and relax on, we spent a lot of time there. The K cups for us to use and the Brita in the fridge was great touch. We could see the little things that the host did to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Condo was as pictured with some added amenities like, shampoo ,conditioner and body wash. I liked that there was a linen service so we didn’t have to worry about packing sheets and towels. Owners are very communicative and answered any questions or concerns we had.

Host was amazing. So many thoughtful amenities. Shampoo and body wash. Having towels and not having to bring sheets was a plus. Cable and WiFi plus Alexa. Location was great for a beach day and a quick bite to eat. We loved it. Beds were comfy too.

Great little place to stay! Just steps from the beach and such a cute little setup. Only thing out of place was someone had left their shirt hanging behind the door which could easily be missed during cleanup. Place was beautiful! Definitely would stay there again!

Place was just as listed, clean, steps to the beach and seafood restaurants close by.

Parking was covered, liked that. Apt totally stocked with champagne for me and a friend. The host, Lia, was very helpful. Can't wait to stay there in-season.

Great Stay

My husband and 2 older girls stayed here for the Country Calling Fest and it was perfect! We had everything we needed for the weekend and it is a great location. If your like cooking and looking to do some cooking while your here you may want to bring your preferred cookware, otherwise everything is there.

The Condo was very cute, great location for a walking to stores and restaurants. We were very fortunate to be the only ones in the whole complex. The day before we left the neighborhood got a little bit noisy. It would’ve been nice if there was a privacy wall, dividing the balconies next to each other.

The whole process was great. The only real problem was a toaster that work. After telling the owners, they were going to take care of it. The unit was well equip. I would stay there again.

This was a great place to stay with my husband and 3 young kids for a few nights. Communication from the owners was great. Location is excellent -- we were able to walk to mini golf, shops, and there are restaurants within walking distance as well. The house is mere steps from the beach -- huge selling point. The porch is really nice and we enjoyed several meals out there. The house was very clean and well-stocked. I really dislike when some rentals don't give you any hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, etc...not the case here! They even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. The only thing we had to go out and buy was laundry detergent, no big deal. There were board games and VHS tapes for the kids, which we luckily didn't need since we had great weather. There were beach chairs and umbrellas provided as well, though we brought our own. The rooms were adorably decorated to the beach theme. The area felt safe and there were seriously no issues at all. I'd be happy to stay here again the next time we return to OCMD! Thanks for a great stay!

We had such a great stay! We did not know 70th street is a popular spot for the crazy teenager senior week trips. That was a bit of a bummer on the first day, but we adjusted after that. The location was quiet at night and was clean. The host has great communication and had various items available for guest use if needed including some beach chairs, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We would definitely stay here again and would definitely use this host.

Fantastic OC condo!

We needed a little winter getaway & vitamin sea :-) Even though it’s chilly in OC in January, it’s still great to be able to walk on the beach, order carry-out from some of the wonderful restaurants, shop and play indoor mini-golf. The condo is located in a perfect mid-town spot close to everything. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the condo is clean, well-furnished and ideal for a vacation any season. Owners were excellent with communication. Will certainly consider renting again in the future!

The condo was in a great location, ocean side only a few steps to the beach. There are a ton of eating options within walking distance, or if you want to stay in and cook, they have got all the things you need for that too. The keurig cups they provided were a nice surprise for our short trip. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived and check in process was no hassle. Great place and great hosts.

Communication with the landlords was above and beyond. They're very friendly. They reached out to us while staying there just to make sure everything was up to standards or if we had any concerns. Extra toiletries stocked, which was helpful! Very easy check in and out process. Close walk to the beach and the beach was never crowded in that area. Other close by restaurants/ activities was nice to be able to walk to. LOVED the parking spaces for 2 cars, very rare amenity for O.C. The outside lighting was super cute and stood out. Loved having beach essentials available to use. Will definitely rent this place again in the future!

Great place!

We had such a great time staying here for a long weekend mom’s getaway! It was conveniently close to the beach, shops, and restaurants that we could walk to! We loved not having to hop in the car to go everywhere. Erik was quick to answer any and all questions we had. We will hopefully be staying here for more momcations in the future!

Everything you need for a beach stay

Great location and everything available for a beach getaway. Owners are quick to respond to any questions. Very clean. The pillows on the beds could use an update, we were happy we had brought our own.

Could not have possibly asked for more. Very clean, close to the ocean, everything in the unit we could have expected to need, want, or use and then some. The owners were very gracious and seemed to have thought of everything. Very pleased

Rejuvenating Retreat

My teenage daughter and I stayed at this property for a much needed spring getaway/mother-daughter bonding. The property was clean and cheery, had comfy beds for restful sleep, cozy couches for lounging, and was in an ideal location; shops and restaurants were within short walking distance but most importantly, so was the beach. All communication with the hosts was pleasant and professional and they were accommodating of a last-minute change in plans to extend our stay. I can envision making a trip to the Silver Shell an annual mother-daughter event, and we look forward to our next visit!
