DIRECT OCEAN FRONT 2 BEDROOM /2 BATH CONDO AT THE SURFCASTER

Spacious master bedroom with king bed and sitting area, gorgeous ocean views and balcony access. Balcony directly facing the ocean with a beautiful unobstructed view of ocean surf. A full bathroom off the master bedroom includes a relaxing garden soaking tub, and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, twin trundle, direct access to the second bathroom, and a beautiful hand-painted mural.Renovated and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, spacious living room area with sectional, dining table, and additional seating at the kitchen counter. I Keurig coffee machine.

Three flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and cable services are provided. Condo features: Washer/Dryer – full capacity, Central AC, ceiling fans in every room, elevator, punch code front door access, and tile throughout. One garage assigned parking space and one uncovered assigned parking space (great for rooftop carriers or vehicles needing high clearance). The building has an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off sand.

Low-rise building with four floors situated on a very uncrowded wide part of the beach. There is an elevator too!The owner provides beach chairs and umbrellas. The building is located only four blocks from the Route 90 Bridge and is within walking distance of many popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues.
One dog might be permitted on a case-by-case basis. Message owner with weight and type of dog before booking.
Minimum age of 23 to rent: Unfortunately, Senior Week renters are not permitted in the building. *******You can bring your own sheets and bath towels or as an option , I have a set of sheets and towels as a convenience. Keep in mind though if you use my sheets and towels, You must wash and dry and put back in the closet before departing. . (Wash cycle and dry takes about 90 minutes )Remember, it’s a 11:00 am check out . I also provide a handy checklist for things to do before departure.

Our trip was great!! The weather could have been better but with the location and beautiful, equipped condo, we were still able to enjoy ourselves and relax indoors on the stormy day. Lesley is very prompt in responding and super accommodating!!! We cant say enough about her orbher beach condo!! The entire experience was amazing and we can't wait to go back!!!

The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and well appointed. It’s centrally located in mid Ocean City on a quiet section of the beach with amazing views. Lesley is easy to reach and extremely responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!!!

Our stay was excellent. We love the condo. It was clean, well stocked and great location. The only issue I had was that the dryer isn't working properly. I washed my towels and dish rags I used and after 2 hrs I took them out still wet and notified the cleaning staff to update Lesley. Thanks for a great 5 days!

Very nice, very clean, perfect location. Quiet area but not far from anything and everything. The elevator being so close was super convenient as well. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. What an incredible space, place, and experience.

I go away once a year by myself. I call it my momcation. It was just me and my dog, and we had a great stay! Lesley is lovely and quick to respond. 10/10, I would definitely book this condo again!

Problems

The condo was nice. We arrive on a Saturday afternoon. We couldn't watch TV until mid Monday. The Xfinity box was new and wasn't even hooked up. Was in contact with owner and spent at least an hour on the phone with no resolve. Finally her neighbor came over on Monday and found the cable box not hooked up. Later in the week the blinds in the main bedroom fell off the wall. These aren't the problems you would expect after paying $2800 for a week.

Perfect Location- Panoramic Ocean View

So much to like!!! Beautifully decorated. Easy access to the beach. An elevator directly across from our unit. Two assigned parking spaces. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping plus a short drive to the boardwalk and Delaware shopping. If there was one negative, it would be that the second bedroom has no view.We had a wonderful time. Lesley was a great host..

Very nice condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked. Didn't use the sheets and/or towels. I brought my own. The only complain we had is that the 2 seater on the deck is attached and you couldn't really have a meal outside because the attached chairs didn't face the table. The water didn't go down in the master bath sink. We would have enjoyed our stay a lot more if I didn't have major fall at the entrance of the underground garage where a badly bruised my knees and bruised my ribs. I did let Lesley know and suggested to put a warning on the floor so other guests don't get hurt because the 2 inch lip going across the floor isn't easily seen at night. That was the reason for the 4 star review. Besides that it was very nice and would consider going next year.

A Diamond In The Rough

Great oceanfront location, elevator, parking for 2, very tastefully decorated, and amenities you normally don’t get in other places. We had a great week even though Hurricane Debby threatened at times. Communication with the owner was superb, we will definitely be back.

Perfect OCMD condo!

My parents, myself, my spouse, and my two kids all stayed at this condo in July of this year. I have to say, the listing was incredibly accurate and the condo was more than what we expected! It was perfect walking distance to the beach, a grocery store, a few restaurants, and the bus stop ($4 to ride all day? Can’t beat that!). We had a good amount of down time during our week as two of us got sick but we still had plenty to do thanks to the tvs, puzzles for the kids, and the amazing view! The only down side was the loud sliding door from the people staying upstairs which made it hard to sleep at night. Regardless, we will absolutely be returning next year!

Great family vacation condo!

My family and I spent the week in this condo and just loved it. It is so tastefully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Especially loved the fact that it had a vacuum and cleaning supplies to help tidy up throughout the week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning on coming back next year! Many thanks Lesley.

Hidden gem in the perfect part of town

We chose this property because of its location --- most places are walkable and being right on the beach was a plus. This condo is all you need for a family of 4. We hope to be back.

Best Family Vacation!

One of the most seamless vacations that we have ever experienced. From booking to receiving prompt arrival information to a spacious, beautiful, clean and very inviting condo which offers the most amazing views of the beach with garage parking (one space with additional assigned parking nearby) and conveniently located to some great shopping and restaurants. Let's not forget to mention the awesome host, Lesley..she is so welcoming, informative and very communicative.....Our family had the absolute best time and is already planning another stay (less than 24 hours from leaving). Thank you, Lesley, for allowing us to enjoy your condo for the week!
