You'll be staying mere steps away from the sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the perfect spot for beachgoers and families alike. Grab your beach chair and put on some sunscreen before heading down to the beach to work on your tan, build sandcastles, swim, or simply relax. Right across Front Beach Road, you'll come across endless dining options that go from Italian, McDonald's, homemade food, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and more. Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 27.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the view and the sound of the ocean, especially from the bedroom. The place was adequate but could use quite a few updates. Hopefully they will get a new refrigerator and coffee pot. The kitchen was pretty well equipped.

Not the best, but not the worst.

I believe the unit has not been updated in a while, or maintenance hasn’t been done. The remotes to the TVs were broken and busted. The shelves in the fridge door wouldn’t stay in. The keypad to enter the room failed multiple times with multiple codes. The room was very clean, and we had everything we needed. There isn’t a supply of paper towels (some supply one roll) so you do need to buy some before you check in if you use them a lot. I will say the water pressure in the master shower is powerful, but I thought that was a positive. A huge negative with is no one’s fault other than mine for booking this room in the height. I was terrified to go on the balcony. A plus is we never really had to wait for the elevators. They were very quick for us being on the 27th floor. Like I said, not the best we’ve had at the Tidewater, being we have stayed there 4 times total now, but it wasn’t completely the worst experience ever.

beautiful view but needs cleaning

it is a great room with a beautiful view… but there were dirty finger marks smeared on all doors, the dining chairs had the covers ripping off, dirt was swept in a couple corners instead of being picked up and in the master bath it looked like the corner of a baseboard by the tub had been chewed up with possible mold growing on it- didn’t touch it to find out.

Great Facility with lots of extras that are very nice. The elevators have long wait times due to the amount of people staying here. It’s a huge drawback. Without exaggeration on heavy checkin days people waited 45-60min just to get on the elevator. Wonderful property but not worth staying here during the busy season due to the elevators.

The view was wonderful, but the condo it self covers wasn't washed, ceiling fan in living room didn't work, bathroom door in master bedroom did not lock, tv's are out dated, chairs were torn up, furniture outdated. Not pleased at all with room 2712. Don't think I would book there again.

Overall Stay

We loved the property and amenities. Our room came with the beach chairs and umbrella which was fantastic. However, we were made to move at 4 pm in order for them to take them up. We heard horror stories about the elevators, but we thought they were always fantastic (and we were on the 27th floor). The staff at Tidewater was always friendly and greeted us everytime they saw us. The unit itself was great. The only issue was a minor door code problem but they fixed it immediately. We will definitley be back again.

Great place to stay!

The view from master bedroom was beautiful! Loved the bunk beds as twin on top and full on the bottom and it’s own bathroom. Perfect for the grandchildren! Was very clean and everything we needed! Vacasa was a great company to work with!

The location is excellent, the view is very good, the equipment is good, the waiting time to use the elevator is terrible and it would be good if the cleaning was more detailed because there are things that look dirty like the entrance door that is very very very dirty and makes a very bad first impression !!

Not what I expected

They should update this condo as the pictures weren’t up to date. The tub would not drain properly, the baseboards were coming up, & the dryer quit working. The office staff was polite and let us use a vacant room to dry clothes but it was still very inconvenient to travel to the different rooms as the elevators took forever. I feel like I spent my entire vacation fooling with this dryer mess and waiting on the elevators. At peak times, you’d wait 30-45 minutes in line just to get on. The pool and beach access was nice but the room was not what I expected but we made it work.

Nice stay

My daughter and I stayed for two nights to have a girls getaway. It was nice. The views are unbeatable and the resort offers a great location. I was a little frustrated that the main pool was shut down for maintenance but we were not aware until we arrived. There are NUMEROUS elevators; however, you wait forever every time you need to use them. As for the unit, It was clean. The pictures are definitely better than in person. There is wear and tear and the condo could use some love on the paint. Overall, it was a great stay and the Vacasa staff was SUPER sweet and accomodating!
