Thank you for your review! We're so glad you found the condo clean, well-equipped, and had everything you needed for your stay. We appreciate your suggestion about providing beach towels and will certainly keep it in mind as we continue looking for ways to enhance the guest experience. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay did not meet expectations. While we understand how frustrating the air conditioning issue was, we would like to clarify that it was not reported to our team until after it had already been occurring for some time. Once we were notified, we immediately dispatched a technician and the issue was resolved within a few hours. We were also concerned to hear about the pest concerns you described. Had this been reported during your stay, we would have gladly investigated and taken appropriate action. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we take reports like these seriously. We understand that comfort is a major part of any vacation experience, and we're disappointed to hear we fell short during your stay. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us improve for future guests.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your time with us! We recommend utilizing the express elevators when possible to minimize wait, but can certainly understand the frustration of elevator wait times. I have shared your feedback with our operations team so that we may always focus on delivering an exceptional experience!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We can certainly understand the frustration regarding elevator wait times and recommend using one of the two express elevators when possible. It is wonderful to hear that you had a great time and we hope to welcome you back!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the room itself met your needs and that the AC issue was quickly resolved. We’re very sorry to hear about the challenges you experienced with the elevators and parking garage during your stay. While these amenities are managed by the complex itself, we understand how frustrating they can be and appreciate your patience. We value your detailed observations, as they help future guests know what to expect, and we hope that despite these issues, you were still able to enjoy your time at the property.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your trip and found the Tidewater location to be excellent. We appreciate your comments regarding the cleanliness of the condo and will share your feedback with our housekeeping team as we continue working to provide a consistent experience for our guests. We also understand your comments regarding the elevators and resort crowds. Tidewater is one of the tallest buildings in the area, and elevator wait times can increase during peak vacation periods when occupancy is high. The elevators and common areas are managed by the condominium association, but we understand how these factors can impact the overall guest experience. Thank you for choosing Gibson Beach Rentals. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back for another stay on the Emerald Coast.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to see we didn’t quite hit the mark for your stay. We’d love to learn more about your experience so we can make improvements for the future. Please feel free to reach out to us directly; we’d really appreciate the chance to make it right and hopefully welcome you back for a much better visit next time.

Thank you for leaving us five stars! We are delighted that you enjoyed your time with us, and look forward to your next visit!
