Welcome to Tidewater 2209 "Tuscany at Tidewater"! This 1 bed/2 bath unit offers floor to ceiling Gulf front views from the living room and the kitchen! There’s a king bed in the master bedroom, a twin bunk bed alcove in the hallway, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room sleeping a maximum occupancy of 5 guests! Tidewater Beach Resort opened in March 2008. It’s a luxury resort ideally located on a large expanse of sugar-white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico and convenient to area dining, shopping and activities. It has plenty of amenities designed to please. Make a splash in one of the large beachfront pools, enjoy a refreshing beverage at the poolside tiki bar or just relax with a peaceful stroll along the beach. Tidewater stay

The condo was very small. The fact that they stuffed some bunk beds in a small corner with no room to move and the washer and dryer were in one of the bathrooms made no sense too me. The furniture was very out of date and old. The sofa was dirty and stained. I don’t generally leave a bad review but this is simply too much.

Unsatisfactory

Upon arrival condo was filthy. Sheets and floors were dirty. Couch was so stained we never sat on it. Water began to pour from the ceiling onto our kitchen counter and it took over 24 hours for someone to come see about it. Drains in bathrooms were stopped up tub and sinks. This is my 4th stay at Tidewater and this condo was terrible!

Great location, clean facility

The condo was clean and in a good location. BE WARNED: there are not enough elevators during the busy season. We often had to wait more than 15 minutes for any elevator. It took our friends over 2 hours to get an elevator, during check-in. Water pressure in the master bath leaves a lot to be desired, but we will be booking at Tidewater again. I love the added security features.

Vacation 2022

Very clean condo and the view was amazing (22nd floor). I’ve stayed at Tidewater several times and can’t go wrong. They have everything you need. I will say the fitness room needs some “TLC”and the equipment needs either replaced or better taken care of. Other than that great time and look forward to come back next year. J.R.

Tidewater 2022 Summer Vacation

Room was clean. Here are the issues specific to 2209; 1. Furniture - outdated , uncomfortable and noisy. One issue, the bed was reported maintenance and leasing co Lovejoy done it’s best to remedy. 2. Couch- outdated uncomfortable,dirty. 3. Washer/Dryer- both noisy & dryer takes abnormal time to complete drying process. 4. Tidewater -constant noise while painting all day , everyday. We love Tidewater, if you stay in this room bring supplies as nothing is provided as in spices , salt/pepper , first aid supplies , etc.
