Absolutely loved our stay at Lupine Sea Ranch! Beautiful, peaceful property with thoughtful amenities throughout. We saw deer, quail, a blue jay, whales in the ocean, and even captured some beautiful shots of the Milky Way. A truly special getaway. We’d love to come back!

Wonderful place!

Nice house, deer in the meadow every morning. Enjoyed going to sleep to the sounds of the ocean. We would stay there again. Had a great time.

When we had trouble with the TV they sent someone over right away. We love Lupine house because it’s small but comfortable, efficient, full of light, close to our favorite beaches and walks.

Beautiful Older Sea Ranch Home

We had a great time at the Lupine house! With a two minute walk down to the beach or to the playground or to see the seals- this house is ideal! :)

Original Sea Ranch Vibe

The house is clean, convenient, and comfortable. It will not suit those with ostentatious tastes. It is a well-maintained example of the original Sea Ranch philosophy; thoughtfully designed, a little spartan, inexpensive materials used in a innovative way. It still feels truly mid-century modern.

Reviewer Comments: Hi--- We enjoyed our stay very much although we were very disappointed that again we were not able to access the deck because of a faulty lock set on the access door. If this is not remedied we would reconsider our choosing to stay in this house again. Other than for this issue we were generally happy about our experience.Last year ,I remember,there was a compensation for the loss of use of the deck area. Perhaps this could be considered also for this year.Best,Ron Heglin

It was repaired last year and yes, we are repairing it now with a new lock. Compensation has been given again. Hope you visit with us next year with a new lock installed. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck every morning and a sky full of stars from the hot tub at night. We took advantage of the many trails around Sea Ranch as well. Very quiet and private and a great place to relax and get away from it all!

Relaxing at Sea Ranch

This property is more of a budget option for the area, but a good one. The bones are wonderful, the decor/ furniture does not entirely match the era of the development of the sea ranch which is a disappointment, but it is cozy and will provide all that one might need. The space was clean and overall a great place for a family vacation.
