A perfect location for those who enjoy riding their bicycles on the private roads and bicycle trails throughout The Sea Ranch while enjoying fresh air and ocean views. After all that hiking and biking, immerse yourself in the hot tub under the stars or enjoy the tranquility of the jetted soaking tub in the master bathroom. This stunning home with tranquil meadow and ocean views, offers a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and gas cook top. 1 Dog allowed. Free WIFI.

Really enjoyed our time. The bonus was there was a fenced in yard so wasn’t worried about the dog getting loose.

This house exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos honestly don’t do it justice - the views, the atmosphere, and the overall feeling of the property were even better in person. It was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed for a getaway.One of the highlights was being greeted by a fox during our stay, which made the experience feel even more magical and uniquely Sea Ranch. We loved spending time enjoying the scenery, quiet surroundings, and beautiful coastal setting.The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like a true escape. We would absolutely stay here again.

Hot tub is small but adequate. Place was clean. A unique house heating system. Never seen one like it but simple and effective. Location is near our favorite beaches. Registering was simple, staff very friendly. It will be on our list next time we come to Sea Ranch.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home in excellent neighborhood. Loved the large deck and hot tub! Kitchen had everything thing we needed. We come to Sea Ranch often and this is definitely a property I would love to stay at again!

The house appears to be a late 90s vintage but it has been immaculately maintained. The quiet, the view from the large deck were so relaxing and peaceful. I would rate the house as 4 & 3/4 stars. The only ding on the house, in my opinion would be the seating options on the deck.

Our adult children and grandchildren came for the weekend staying in another house. We enjoyed great food, Shell and Walk-on Beaches and beautiful sunsets! Windy at times at the beach so pool time, puzzles, games and movie trivia. Morning runs to Two Fish and Trinks.

We stayed at sea watch to celebrate my mom’s bday and we were so impressed with this home. Clean, well stocked, enormous bathroom with a giant tub. The deck was an oasis of comfort and privacy. We cooked every night and I was so impressed by the quality and assortment of cooking tools and dishes available to us. The hot tub was a treat and the gated yard for my puppy was so appreciated. This home superseded our expectations. I loved that it was tucked back in culdesac that added even more privacy and quiet. We all loved our time there so much we added an extra day! We look forward to coming back asap!

It is centrally located - a short walk to Shell beach, as well as to the Bluff trail, which we hiked north to Walk on beach and then to Gualala point and south to the marine preserve. The large deck, grill, hot tub, and well-equipped kitchen were very much appreciated. We were so happy to find this dog-friendly, wonderful home. Beach Rentals was great - thank you for the treats, both the wine and dog treat!

The Perfect Spring Break Getaway

This home is very comfortable and located in a tranquil setting in one of our favorite neighborhoods at the Ranch. The home is walkable to The Monarch Trail, One Eyed Jack's, Shell Beach, The Seal Rookery, Walk-on-Beach, and much more! The home was super clean and very well appointed. We enjoyed the hottub and sitting out on the expansive, sunny deck. Our furry baby loved this home, too, and we were so happy that the owners allow dogs! The enclosed grassy area is a great feature. Our only recommendation is to provide more comfortable deck chairs. We would love to stay here again sometime soon!
