The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very happy with the convenient easy check in and out process. Thank you for your hospitality.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We travelled to Paris for the rugby world cup and used our apartment as a base for the week before. It was a cosy, modern and clean apartment. There were plenty of cleaning supplies as well as additional towels and linens to use if required. The apartment had a homely feel and the kitchen facilities were great. The apartment was as beautiful in person as it was in the photos but the pictures on the listing make it appear larger than it felt in person - is a small space for 4 adults but itâs manageable when using as a base. Both the bedrooms were of a good âdoubleâ size but the stairs down to the basement bedroom were very steep. It worked for us personally but itâs just something to bare in mind when you are booking and you/someone in your party had mobility issues.
The communication with the host was great - sarah messaged the day before our stay with our check in information, she messaged to check on us whilst we were there. We also got a helpful email about how to use the shower as well as a friendly reminder message about check out the day before too.
The shower and the locks worked fine for us. We had no problem with the locks as previously mentioned in the reviews. We found that keypad service worked well for us as it was good not having to negotiate a limited key/card system that youâd get in a hotel.
The neighbourhood felt safe, transport links were good. Overall - a fantastic stay!

Terrible Management
No problems with check-in. We asked to drop our bags off in the apartment 2 hours early and were charged 25 Euros. The second bedroom is in the basement down a steep flight of stairs.
Here is when the issues started.
The next day when we tried to enter the apartment the electronic lock malfunctioned, we called the management company and they gave us access to the key to manually open the door. The next morning the door malfunctioned again and this time we were locked inside the apartment. They did send someone (barefoot, with no tools) who we handed the key out the window and let us out.
The handyman took the lock apart and charged the battery and left. We called the management company and were yelled at for having concerns about the door.
We decided to stay and left for our tour 30 minutes late, and when we returned that evening we had to use the manual key for entry. The next morning we were leaving to catch our train and the door would not unlock again. One of us crawled out the window to unlock the door with the key.
We missed Uber's and almost missed our train because our concerns were ignored by the management company. They did offer to refund the 25 Euro bag fee and 11 Euros for a missed Uber. I would not stay her again.
We just stayed 2 nights in this little apartment and it was overall a good experience. The communication with the property manager was excellent
The apartment is small but seems fairly normal for the area. I would caution anyone that only people who can climb about 5 or 6 very steep stairs should stay in the bottom room. My son stayed there and they were fine but I would not have been able to get down them.
The bathroom has a towel heater which was a nice touch. We could not ever figure out how to get the rain shower head to work but the mgr was willing to come right out and help us but we were fine with just using the hand held.
Some things to know, you are in a residential district and it has a convenience store right next door, that was super handy. There are some nice little cafes around there as well but you are at least a 20Euro cab ride from many of the attractions. That is what we like, so we were happy with it.
It has an ac unit in the living room that really puts out nice cool air but doesn't really make it to the rest of the apt which might make it challenging in dead summer.
As many others have stated, you cannot see out the opaque windows (which are also cracked) that was a bit strange but really doesn't change anything and I like that ppl could also not see in either.
We enjoyed an Italian restaurant as well as a little Cafe right down the street.
I would stay again but not in hot summer and not for more than a couple nights. Otherwise it's just like it looks in the pictures for the most part.
Thank you
Dianne

Nice attention to decoration and facilities provided (needs a cutting board), and I see things have been changed in response to previous feedback, so good start. But here are things which cannot be changed unfortunately: not quite âthe heart of Parisâ that needs about 20 minutes journey but transport is close and efficient; itâs on the street front at ground level on a busy thoroughfare so trucks/buses/cars and people sound like they are walking through your bedroom all times of the day and night; the downstairs bedroomâs stairs are ingenious but not for anyone with movement difficulties and could present a challenge for moving cases up and down; the downstairs bedroom is underground and does not have natural light or air (but this doesnât prevent the noise from the street) - it smelt mouldy when we arrived and needed a few hours of fan to change that. Additionally, things which could be improved include the linen and towels which had been washed but were quite old and getting a bit grey. Communication was initially great, but replying to an email took days to hear back - so, 4 days to find out about that shower function (could you not just leave an instruction card in the bathroom?). Anyways, not for us. We left 2 days into our 5 day stay.
I booked this location based on reviews and location from Paris and it did not disappoint! The location was fantastic and close to train station and within walking distance to everything. The description was spot on perfect and had everything we needed. My daughter mentioned it was something she would like to live in if she every moved to Paris! Thank you for a wonderful stay Sarah! You communication was wonderful and very quick.
compact 2 bedroom flat with trendy decoration, near two bus stops and 10 min walk to a metro station amd very close to a nice park and grocery stores. Note the flat is very small with little room to store clothes and very steep stairs to the bedroom
The rental process was easy and the host was helpful and communicative. The apartment is small (smaller than it appears in photos) and has some water damage near the windows, yet most importantly, it has clean, comfortable beds. Nice linens and pillows. Well equipped kitchen. The overhead shower, however, was broken and only the handheld wand would work. This made showering tedious as there is nowhere to rest the wand while trying to shampoo/rinse your hair, especially for taller persons. Other than that, the ground floor location means the traffic noise is all but unbearable. All night long, headlights glared into the room (the curtains did little to block out light) and the constant traffic noise was so loud it sounded like we were lying in the middle of the street (this is true of both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms). In terms of location, 5-10 min. walk to the metro and great restaurants and bakeries. Must find parking on the street if youâve brought a car. Overall, would not recommend for light sleepers, otherwise, a decent place.
Our host was phenomenal in helping us on our journey. Made food recommendations and checked in on us to ensure we were being taken care of. Great stay in Paris. Would highly recommend
We stayed here for only one night. This place is very small and the stairs to get to the downstairs bedroom are seriously steep. The apartment is a storefront window to the street where the large windows are opaque - so there is no daylight shining right into the apartment. For the one night, it worked well for us but anything longer would have been too small and we would have missed not having any windows with daylight,
