This lovely condo is dressed in beachy colors and tile flooring, so guests can fully kick back in the central air-conditioning. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking while on vacation, with luxuries like stone countertops and a kitchen island. The furnished private balcony has entrances in the living room and the main bedroom, so You can enjoy the views whenever they'd like. You can enjoy direct beach access as well as an expansive shared pool area, hot tub, and lazy river!

The beach is just a short walk from this condo, and You can enjoy the shops and restaurants at Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier (just over half a mile east) right on the sand! You'll be just across the street from delicious crab legs and steamed oysters at the Old Bay Steamer. If you want to get even closer to the water, sign up for tours and fun ocean trips at Crab Island Watersports less than a quarter mile away. For some inland adventure, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone is just over two miles away and features bumper boats, a ropes course, and even more family friendly activities!

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
