Families will appreciate the ground floor's thoughtful design, featuring a convenient full bath for accessibility to guests of all ages. The close proximity to Inverness and its shops/restaurants is a bonus!

Guest access
The home is set up for self check-in. Guests can access the home via lockbox and will have access to the entire home and property. There are two parking spots at the property.

1. Confirmed guests will receive a local "Insider's Guide". We're a family business deeply connected to our community, and we hope you'll enjoy and respect this beautiful corner of the world while supporting our local economy sustainably. We love sharing it with our guests!
2. The home is professionally cleaned with eco-friendly products.
3. Absolutely no parties or loud/late-night gatherings. Please keep noise to a minimum once the sun goes down. We have neighbors nearby on both sides who are noise-sensitive and noise carries very easily in the area. Please respect the serenity of the neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. Please ask us for alternative accommodation and weâd be happy to help find a place!
4. No chores for our guests! Thatâs what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and youâll appreciate their attention to detail.

The property is set up for contactless entry. We are a local company that manages the property. We're just 15 minutes away, and our office is in Point Reyes Station. We're here 7 days a week to answer your questions or address any issues, usually within an hour, even on weekends and holidays.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the village of Inverness. Inverness is a charming coastal village in California. Known for its serene natural beauty, it's an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts. Enjoy hiking and biking trails, kayaking, and exploring the nearby Point Reyes National Seashore. Savor fresh seafood at local eateries, visit quaint markets, and unwind in cozy accommodations. Inverness offers a peaceful escape with breathtaking bay views and a welcoming, small-town atmosphere.
Getting around:
There are two parking spaces at the property. Inverness is walkable from the home, allowing for a pleasant stroll through the neighborhood. Hiking/biking trails are also walkable to access. A bike or car is best to get to additional attractions.
No outside visitors without prior permission. Please keep outside noise to a minimum after dark out of respect for our neighbors. This home is not for parties/events/celebrations.
