Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival for $55 each (price subject to change, limit 2).

We stayed here for the weekend and it was great. The beds were comfortable. They had everything we needed in the condo. The condo was clean. The pool was clean. The only thing that I can put is that the water in the shower & tub wouldn't stay hot for long, but that's a small inconvenience in my opinion.

Short work/play stay

The resort was great. The condo was really nice, but need new chairs on the balcony. The chairs were old resin chair that were a little flimsy. Other than that a great stay.

Girls weekend

It was easy to work with VRBO however the unit rental prices are deceiving with all of the added fees. We had to pay a parking fee that was not advertised in the rental agreement. The property was nice and clean. If it was more affordable I would definitely come again.

Information regarding the need to purchase the parking passes are included in the property description of the Vrbo website and also in the arrival information that is sent to each guest before checking in. These fees are regulated by the HOA's that run the condo buildings themselves. However, the passes are valid for the entire stay. Our employees also must buy these passes when staying at the properties. We certainly hope this won't keep you from visiting or beautiful shores again. Spent most of the first day trying to get the Dorect TV working in the living area and master BR Finally got it reestablished on the large tv. Never got it on BR tv. The Whiesky help number was worthless.

Beach trip June 2023

I read where other guests mentioned seeing big boats enter the water way from the balcony. Another mentioned seeing dolphins from the balcony. We didn't experience either one. Perhaps it's the timing of your visit. It was disappointing. We had difficulty operating the tv and remotes. But didn't call for help. Some instructions would have been helpful. Netflix was not available in the living room or master. But worked in the other bedroom. We would have been most appreciative of two beach chairs. There was a broom but no dustpan.

Perfect Getaway

Everything was perfect. There were even beach chairs and an umbrella for shade in the storage closet. TVs in every room, for the little time spent indoors. And the girls had a great time hunting for crabs by flashlight in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice, Clean & Comfy

The condo was clean and comfortable. Perfect view of the beach. We had one issue where one of the tubs didn’t drain. But we called the number for maintenance and they came right away and fixed it. Very friendly environment at the Phoenix 7. We loved our stay, only wish we stayed longer. Will definitely recommend for others. Will also come again!

Phoenix units have never disappointed us and this one was no different. Clean, spacious, great amenities to accommodate 2 year old and good location. Would recommend and would stay again.
