Easy Breezy is a sound-front paradise for windsurfing, kiteboarding, fishing, and surfing, where you'll enjoy some of the best riding and fishing conditions on the east coast. Child- and dog-friendly, Easy Breezy is a picturesque and affordable waterfront spot for the whole family, now featuring a larger deck and high-speed wireless internet access. The dock and the waterfront sidewalk are great places to launch windsurfing and kiteboarding adventures, tie up a boat or wave runner, fish, and just relax and enjoy sound-front living.

On the ground level are a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower, a toy box, board storage racks, and a fish-cleaning table. The comfortable living room features an entertainment center with a TV, a CD player, and a DVD player, and opens to an expanded deck with a six-person hot tub and incredible sound views. Easy Breezy's kitchen with a breakfast bar and an adjacent dining area are just the ticket for end-of-the-day sunset celebrations. The first and second bedrooms (with a TV and Nintendo Game Cube) are convenient to a bathroom and laundry facilities. The third bedroom is a master with a TV, a DVD player, and a private bath. This is a sportsman's paradise - you choose the sport!

You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Please Note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open mid-May to mid-October, depending on weather.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
