Gathering with friends, family or business outings can all be accommodated, fill it up with family - 14, more privacy with friends - five bedrooms -10, or for business at one per room sort of a waste, but room for five.
We have been enjoying the mix for over ten years from this property but have been coming to Cabos for over twenty six years and look forward to the next trip starting from the time we leave. This is our fifth property in Cabos and our favorite.
Large number or less, there is room to spread out for privacy & quiet time or gather the group, or spill out and enjoy the huge beach with pounding surf for individual or group exercise/enjoyment. A similar adventure is available in the opposite direction into Cabos Village by bus, taxi or good walking exercise. You will not go far before more choices present themselves - a water shuttle takes you to the other end of the marina, out to the arch, snorkeling, across the Bay to Madona Beach for swimming or great fun at "The Office" - for breakfast, lunch or just beverage in a big tent on the beach- the floor, you guessed it - sand or into one of many of the fine local restaurants in the "back of the Bay", the original Cabos of 25 years ago.
We have enjoyed the original and also the huge expansion witnessed over the years, the common element are the people. They are gracious, warm, friendly, appreciative and do their respective jobs in a-one fashion.

Very impressive property! From the drive up reception circle, greeted by a host of friendly baggage helpers, just taking over so you can proceed thru the spacious, awesome lobby, with entry to the left for check in, to the right a choice of doorways to arrange for activities- further introduction to the property, or straight ahead where you are confronted with three or four choices - straight - a little general store, pass that one to a deli bar, or if you had turned left vs straight ahead - a sports bar with a delicious menu and seating inside or out.
If I am getting your attention you are just getting started, because there are nine (9) & counting different restaurants or lesser choices to please ones palate and there is scenery with all, from beach, roaring surf, pool fun relaxing soaking up the sun sipping your favorite (all served by very friendly staff), or listening to young and old playing.
Proceeding to the tower & your accommodations in 8701, by fast clean elevator, oh you may want to stop in the sushi bar-restaurant reception area and enjoy a "welcome" refreshment along the way.
Get to floor 7 and open the door and be ready to be impressed, at least we are each time we visit. Exploring 8701 and the many pools will take some time, so lets go back and talk about what some of the outside adventures in Cabos.
Wrapped around the marina and beaches that refuse to end, a continuous run of markets outside, peddlers almost every step of the way to town, walking is good at least until you get to the marina where you will be greeted and invited to take a water tour around the marina, the other side or out to the arch and many choices for whale watching, fishing or just a boat ride, oh and para sailing, your personal wave jumper and on and on.
Also a lot of eating choices, shopping - do not be afraid to negotiate, I think they enjoy it, half the fun of the purchase/ sale.
