Amazing property but even better staff

Beth, Hector and the team took completely care of our stay from start to finish. The property was gorgeous with amazing views. The pool and jacuzzi felt amazing and all the rooms were spacious. Each room had its own bathroom! Can’t rave enough about this property and the amazing experience we had.

Beautiful beyond words

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Beautiful villa with breathtaking views of the Cabo landscape and waters. The pool and hot tub were exquisite. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and perfect spaces for our party. Will definitely stay here again in the future and will always recommend this house to my friends.

Bachelor Party

This villa was nothing short of what it had to offer for the perfect bachelor party weekend. The villa host was very accommodating, helpful, resourceful, and just overall a great assist in any questions or guidance that we would need. Given the options that the villa has to offer gives the most impressive customizable options to give your stay a unique experience wether you are with family friends spouse ect. we would definitely be recommending this property and if not be staying here again very soon !

Wonderful corporate retreat

We rented this property for a corporate retreat and were very happy. The home provided amble space for the 15 of us - and there were multiple work areas for us. It was also within walking distance to Cabo - which all of us enjoyed. Pablo, our concierge, was also fantastic in arranging transportation for us and helping us with issues with the hot tub. We would definitely look to rent this property in the future.

Christmas in Cabo

Great house, we had 27 people there and you would not have known it! Very clean, kitchen could use some updating for cooking meals ( serving pieces for larger crowds such as platters and bowls), more flat ware as we had to buy disposable as we ran out. Cleaning crew were great and Angel our concierge was fabulous and when we did have issues (ran out of propane) it was addressed quickly. Overall a wonderful home and great experience working with Cabo Villas.

Everything went very smoothly with this booking. The concierge service was extremely responsive with any needs we had, and the house, neighborhood, and surrounding views were beautiful. The listing photos did not do it justice. Would highly recommend!

Family Vacation for 20

The house has amazing views of the ocean and town. It is spread out on multiple levels of stairs, so we had plenty of own personal space. Ivan, our concierge, was extremely helpful and insightful. The maid was friendly and did an amazing job cleaning around our crew. The only issue was one of the AC's didn't work properly, Ivan and Customer Service took of us! We pre-stocked our groceries, pre-rented a van thru AVIS.. and all were waiting upon our arrival. Would recommend and stay again.

Can’t beat the view

This family business trip was the best. Lots of areas inside and outside to meet and enjoy meals, games, etc. You had great views of harbor, ocean, whales, etc. Housekeeping were very pleasant people. Enough bedrooms to accommodate all of the family.

A Magical Holiday

The photos do not do this property justice. It is an unbelievable house. The rooms are all wonderful with gorgeous ocean views. The pool area is stunning. Our 17-person family slept here very comfortably. The Cabo Villas staff are absolutely fantastic. We can’t wait to come back. Next time we would definitely rent a car because the neighborhood is very hilly and residential—a car would have helped get us downtown or to the beach. But everything else was perfection.

The location of this place is absolutely breathtaking! The rooms are spacious and the all have breathtaking views! Angel really helped to accommodate our needs. A few things that disappointed me was when we arrived there was a slightly smelly and it could have been due to the lack of use of the home. Our refrigerator did not work until we called for it to be serviced, which spoiled some of our food. The Pool was great and the cleanliness of the home was greatly improved. The home is so big and i would advise anyone looking for a vacation with a large group to stay here! Well worth it

Be very cautious of harmful safety hazard!

My family and I were thrilled to finally go on vacation together and spend quality time with all four generations. We had a wonderful time…however, the excitement ended swiftly when my mother was severely injured due to safety hazards on this property’s patio. Without proper safety precautions, my mom slipped and fell extremely hard while walking down the steps from the house to the pool and hot tub area. She hit her head on a metal chair and fell on the solid stone flooring, resulting in 24 stitches just centimeters from her eye and a painful broken elbow. After spending $7,000 at the hospital in Cabo, we found out that she will need additional procedures to mend her injuries. Because of this unnecessary slip, she now requires surgery on her elbow to implant a plating device which will be in a year before she can have it removed—adding further complications to an already concerning situation. This disregard for safety will cost my mom and family a considerable amount of time, money, and emotional distress. I don’t want to see anyone else injured while staying at this property. VRBO explained that the owners felt bad about the injury, and they did offer us an extra day at the rental (as doctors advised it would be best if my mom did not fly) and a 50% price reduction. However, this isn’t enough. Additional measures should be put in place to prevent any future injuries. I recommend the following preventative measures, which are all commonplace at spas and resorts that take appropriate actions to keep their guests safe: 1. Proper flooring, including skid-free and water absorbent materials 2. Handrails to grasp while walking up and down steps 3. Good lighting that turns on with motion as they use motion to turn on the air conditioning. Overall, this property is beautiful and comfortable, but I cannot excuse the lack of safety measures. My hope is that the property owners will take the much-needed steps to prevent any future injuries. From my family to yours, please make sure safety precautions are in place before renting.

Beyond words

There is not an adjective that I can think of that will truly capture the magnificence of this Villa, the location or the services provided. The pictures online don’t provide the entire picture. Each bedroom was ocean view, perfect for watching the sunrise every morning. Amazing housekeeping staff. From the transportation services to the grocery delivery, every aspect of feeling at home was covered. We have already referred some other friends and they are booked and ready to go later this year. We will also be booking our future stay as well. Definitely a must, in my book!
