Roomy house in a quiet neighborhood. Several brewery / drinking holes within walking distance as well as a Walmart to stock up on general stuff. Host extremely accommodating and responsive to any needs. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and it was fantastic! The pool was heated which we enjoyed. This property is large and would be great for large parties as there are 5 rooms and 3 full baths. Within walking distance of good food, breweries, and magazine street. The host was informative and answered questions quickly. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Heirloom!

We had such a wonderful stay at Heirloom in New Orleans! We were in town to move our daughter in, and the property was perfect for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and incredibly convenient, which made a busy and emotional weekend so much easier.Now that our daughter is here, a piece of our heart is in New Orleans too. We’re so happy to have found Heirloom and know we’ll be regulars whenever we come back to visit. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

The management company was very responsive to all questions.Everything was nicely appointed (kitchen and bathrooms). Pool and spa were a hit for our family.

Gorgeous property, seemed brand new - loved it. Comfortable beds, luxury quality linens, so many thoughtful touches - ie. full size shampoo/conditoner in shower. Pool was perfect for fun and relaxing, and the location was great - always about 10 mins max driving from everywhere we wanted to go. Communication was great with host. Would stay here again!

The place was lovely with ample bedrooms and bathrooms so we could spread out. The manager was very responsive to every question or request. And the location was great!

The pool/hot tub was cleaned the second day we were there. Great timing cause the next two days were good for going in. The temperature was cool for a hot tub. I messaged Stay Heirloom and Jake came out that evening and showed me the controls for it.

We had a great time at this home with our two families and would stay here again! The home is well appointed and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. As far as location, we were minutes from everywhere we needed to get to quickly.

Very clean classy comfortable place.

This house was so clean, and done very nicely. The 5 bedrooms were all super comfortable w really nice beds and linens. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the pool was nice and private. The neighborhood was really pretty quiet overall. We door dashed some great food a couple of times and it was easy to uber to different areas around the city. 10/10 would stay here every time I come to town.

Great House

We loved our time in New Orleans and the house! The layout of the home is perfect for families. We enjoyed the sometime in the pool and grilling hamburgers. The only concern that we had is when we arrived the previous guest left the burning on the stove so the house had a strong odor of natural gas. There are plenty of glasses, plates, bowls but there could be more pots and pans.

Backyard was not well maintained and not as green as pictures showed, outdoor rug was torn and shredded, pool was dirty which resulted in 2 days of not being able to use the pool, hot tub was not hot, same temperature as pool with hose running into hot tub 24/7 that was cold water, no cushions on poolside chairs; had to run dishwasher 3 times to get dishes clean, some of the hardware was loose and ready to fall off; 3 large garbage barrels sat askew in front of house for entire stay (no others in neighborhood were out); laundry room filled with so much “stuff” could barely open door to washing machine let alone stand in front of it; water pressure in bathroom with stand alone tub was very weak. Some of above major issues, others minor.
