Perfect Jazz Fest Stay

We were 8 adults (4 couples) in this house for a weekend of Jazz Fest and it was a perfect place for us. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, great communal space for laughs, and easy check in / check out logistics. Only a short ride from the fairgrounds and easy walks to Bywater or French Quarter, we found plenty to do in the neighborhoods. Chris was quick to respond on any questions that came up. Appreciate him opening up his home to us and look forward to the next round in New Orleans.

Great stay for Jazz Fest

The property is outstanding. Its location allows for easy access to all the best spots in Mee Orleans. The house has a great kitchen, backyard, and space for entertaining. All bedrooms are great for couples. The guest house is nice for an extra bedroom.

Amazing property! Clean and spacious with great amenities. Had everything we needed and more. Close to everything. Don’t pass this one up. Host was super helpful with great recommendations. We will definitely be back.

Amazing house for guys trip !

We had an amazing time New Orleans and this house and location was a big reason! House was fantastic, very modernized, spacious and perfectly accommodating. Pool was great and the detached cottage house a nice add. The location was perfect for us. This pocket of area is perfectly located in a revitalized part of the neighborhood and very accessible to all areas. Walking distance to most made for some fun impromptu exploring or a quick uber ride if needed to others. The local establishments we ventured to were super fun and everyone was very friendly. Each experience was a blast. The host for this property was exceptional. Super quick to respond with the couple questions we had, was very helpful with tips and suggestions, plus went out of their way to text and check in during the visit to make sure we were happy and helped make the New Orleans better than we had even hoped. Highly recommend!

The pictures did the house no justice… when I arrived I immediately fell in love with the house.. roomy, quiet area, lots of amenities, well kept, secure, and we had a fabulous time… the Owner was very attentive and kind… I would stay here again. Happy Holidays!!

This place was the total package. It was a great spot to hangout during the day, lots of space, close to the French quarter, and the host (Chris) made sure we had an awesome time. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house near French Quarter

Usually have stayed at hotels when in NOLA, but this time my friends and I wanted to try a house. It didn’t disappoint. Great to have a pool. Loved the high ceilings. Very cheap Uber to French quarter. Will hope to stay again.

Wonderful New Orleans

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, we regularly walked to Frenchman Street, and to and from the French Quarter. It was also convenient to Jazz fest as well by short uber. The master bedroom is stunning, with a repurposed door for a headboard and a copper bath tub. The pool was warm, heated, and glowed colors at night. The kitchen and living space were spacious and upscale. It was a very comfortable stay in a very diverse and authentic up-and-coming neighborhood (St. Roch) that made us feel like locals.

Great NOLA stay!

Great property very close to all the fun NOLA has to offer. My group was able to walk easily to a lot of fun locations for food and entertainment. Definitely recommend staying here!

Big Easy Getaway

Fantastic home and awesome host - this home has it all. There is some roadwork that make the neighborhood a challenge to maneuver - yet the home more than makes up for the challenge. Spacious, well decorated, and well equipped, the home provides the perfect escape from everything while still being close to all that is New Orleans. I would highly recommend and look forward to a return trip to NOLA and the home.

The property was as advertised — great place!! Perfect for a small gathering. Only one issue, which is no fault of the owner, is the road construction in front of the house. It is currently all dirt so you must expect that. I’d gladly stay again!

Great House - fantastic host!

Check-in process was a breeze and Chris (Host) was so attentive and very committed to make sure that we all were set up for a successful trip. I would one hundred percent recommend this space to any larger groups -- we all had our own spaces and could convene in the living space with more than enough elbow room. The walkability to downtown was an added bonus!

Fantastic New Orleans getaway

This property was amazing! Our family traveled to NOLA for our son's graduation. It was 7 of us including the graduate, and the home was super spacious, and well decorated. The home is nestled in a great neighborhood, great location, and close to all of the bests spots in NOLA. The heated pool, and pool house was fabulous. The home has great amenities, and a very gracious host. Chris was very accessible, friendly, professional, and an awesome communicator. We felt at home. I would highly recommend choosing this home, absolutely no negatives. A great home, in a great city. We hated to leave, and will definitely love to stay there again. The Lambert Family

Family retreat with access to Frenchman Street and live music

We were in town for my son's graduation from college. We've been in New Orleans plenty the past four years but Covid had limited our chance to visit the clubs around Frenchman. Chris gave us great tips for where to go for music. The pool and back porch were perfect to relax and cool off on some lazy days. The house had lots of space for our group of 7. The finish level of the house had modern comforts with southern charm. Great place to stay!

Greatest house in Nola for Jazz Fest

We absolutely loved this property. More than enough room for our group of 8. Heated pool was so nice. House was clean and AC was a bonus. Staff was responsive and even let us leave our bag there early. Layout was amazing! Walking distance to St Roche market.

A Very Special Home

From the moment we stepped into Chris’s house we felt like we had arrived ! It’s spacious downstairs was super comfortable for our party of 8 adults. The ceiling heights through out the main house were above 14’ making it feel even more spacious. And the choice of furniture and fixtures were all top notch quality. The kitchen was well equipped for dining-in, which we did a few times, utilizing the large modern refrigerator and dish washer… and we did use the swimming pool multiple times as it was sparkling clean & well maintained.
